本研究采用PCR-SSCP和测序的方法检测肉鸽ESR基因某一片段的多态性，并将其单核苷酸多态性与产蛋性能进行相关性分析，探索不同基因型与肉鸽产蛋性能之间的关系，旨在从候选功能基因层次揭示肉鸽产蛋性能分子遗传机理，为肉鸽新品系的选育提供可借鉴的遗传资料。

In this article, the domain structure of LBD genes, classes of LBD genes in model plants of monocotyledon or dicot, expression model, mutation phenotypes from loss of function or gain of function, and its relationship to other gene families were reviewed. Furthermore, the redundancy character of LBD genes, basic candidate function shared by LOB domain, and potential molecular mechanism of LBD genes interacting with other genes also were discussed.

本文对LBD基因的结构域特征、在单／双子叶模式植物中的分类、表达特点、己克隆LBD基因的功能及与其它基因或基因家族间的相互作用关系进行了综述，并对LBD基因在高等植物中的功能冗余特性、LOB结构域可能所具有的基本功能和LBD基因与其它基因相互作用的分子机制进行了探讨。

In our research on study chemical reaction of active methylene compounds and brom-acetophenone. Because of brom-acetophenone is compound that contain carbonyl and halogen ,which will take place electrophilic substitution and nucleophilic addition. When active methylene compounds are ethyl acetoacetate and β-diketone, controlling reaction condition, we have found that mono-substitution's production and di-substitution's. production is isolated; active methylene compounds are acetoacetanilide and acetoacetanilide derivate, pyrrolidin-2-one derivants were obtained by substitution and close-ring reaction .but there is no report about it.

本文是让活泼亚甲基类化合物与溴代苯乙酮发生化学反应，由于溴代苯乙酮是含有羰基的卤代烃结构，它可以发生亲电取代和亲核加成反应，当活泼亚甲基类化合物为乙酰乙酸乙酯和β-二酮时，控制反应条件可以发生单取代和双取代两种产物；当活泼亚甲基类化合物为乙酰乙酰芳胺类化合物来反应时，溴代苯乙酮中的羰基与氨基会发生分子内的关环反应生成吡咯烷-2-酮衍生物，这在以前的研究中是没有发现的。

Mutation rate at exon of GH in five bovine species was very low with the percentage of 3.48%. The majority of nucleotide substitution was nonsense mutation and only one missense mutation was observed. Molecule tree based on haplotypes of bGH at exon 5 showed that differentiation was apparent relatively between Bubalus bubalis and Bos taurus, Bos indicus, Bos grunniens, Bos frontalis. There was no apparent differentiation among other four bovine species and they shared mutual ancestral sequence.

序列分析表明，5个牛种GH基因外显子5的遗传变异水平较低，平均核苷酸变异率约为3.48%，而且绝大多数位点的核苷酸替换是同义突变，仅发现1个错义突变位点；从GH基因外显子5序列单倍型构建的分子进化树来看，水牛与普通牛、瘤牛、牦牛及大额牛的分化相对比较明显，其他4个牛种之间并无明显分化，还享有共同的祖先序列。

Bacterial strains were isolated from humus mud by employing the dilution methods. Seven cellulose-degradation Strains marked as B-37, B-35,B-31, B-25, B-17, Z-a, and Z-b were selected according to the hyaloid rings on the medium of carboxymethylcellulose sodium Congo red and their efficacy of decomposing filter paper. Z-b had the strongest ability in decomposing filter paper among the seven strains and 16S rDNA analyzed indecated that it was Stenotroplaomnonas maltophilia owning to 99.8% homology. Comparing clony size of the seven strains in media with different carbohydrates and inorganic salt, we found that the potato extract and inorganic salt which contained CaCl2 0.20, MgSO4 1.25, NaCl5.00,(NH4) SO4 1.30, KH2 PO4 1.35, FeSO47H2O 0.015, Na-EDTA 0.02 were suitable for the bacteria growth.

Physiological and biochemical changes of monocotyledonous plant maize (Zea mays L.) were studied and the protective effects of nitric oxide against iron deficiency induced injury were analyzed simutaniously. The plants were grown in monofactor controlled solutions using solution cultural method and the full expanded fourth leaves were used in all of the experiments. The biochemical and the molecular mechanisms of iron induced injury and the protective mechanisms of NO against iron deficiency induced injury were studied.

本实验以溶液培养单因子控制方法研究了单子叶植物玉米在缺铁培养条件下结构、生理、生化的变化以及NO对缺铁植物的保护作用，发现了缺铁胁迫对植物损伤的生理生化及分子机理，以及NO在植物缺铁胁迫下对植物的保护机制，对于植物的缺铁研究和NO在植物中的保护机制研究都有极其的理论和实践价值。
