Methods:The data of 52 cycles of IVFET, which were accomplished in the Reproductive Medicine Center of First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University during February 1999 and April 2001, from 45 patients with history of unilateral salpingectomy clue to ectopic pregnancy, were analyzed retrospectively.

本研究分析因输卵管妊娠行单侧输卵管切除后不孕在我院生殖中心接受体外受精一胚胎移植(in vitro fertili：ation and embryotransfer，IVF一ET)治疗的资料，比较输卵管切除侧卵巢与对侧卵巢对超排卵的反应性，为输卵管妊娠及输卵管积水的处理提供临床资料。

结果：血流再通后早期死亡4例，主要原因为高血钾引起的心搏骤停；迟发死亡6例，主要原因为急性肾功能衰竭为首发器官衰竭的多器官功能不全综合征；治愈11例，其中，5例保存了双侧肢体，6例截去单侧或双侧下肢。

MSCTA showed stenosis and obstruction of internal carotid artery, anterior cerebral artery and middle cerebral artery, including thirteen cases with bilateral and 6 cases with single lateral. MSCTA均清晰显示不同程度颈内动脉虹吸段、大脑前动脉及大脑中动脉起始段狭窄、闭塞，双侧病变者13例（68.4%），单侧病变者6例（31.6%）；脑底部见纤细迂曲的&烟雾&状异常血管网；大多可显示1支以上侧支动脉；1例显示右侧豆纹动脉囊状动脉瘤。5例同时行MSCTA与DSA者，均很好显示了上述血管病变。

The mean patient age was 58 years (range, 32 to 85 y). Abdominal enlargement and pain were the usual complaints.
