Methods From August 1993 to October 1997, according to the location and size of the lesion, adjacent single or double reverse tongue-shaped skin flaps were des igned to repair the defects of head, face, limb and shoulder in 31 cases, and th e donor sites were closed directly.

1993年8月？1997年10月，依据创面的部位及大小，在其邻近设计并制作单侧或两侧反向舌形皮瓣，修复头面、四肢及肩部近似圆形的创面31例，供瓣区多数可直接缝合。

Quantitative patella tendon reflex was tested electromyo-graphi cally and maximal volitional contraction of quadriceps were done on 22 unilateral knee of patients with osteoarthritis. The decreased extent of amplitude of maximal volitional contraction and patella tendon reflex were compared.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of clinical application of MK-1 attachment removable partial denture for distal-extended teeth missing cases.

PARTICIPANTS: A total of 26 patients with unilateral distal-extended teeth missing were selected from Department of Prosthetic Dentistry, School of Stomatology, China Medical University. All patients had history of common removable partial denture.

Results There were more older children among the patients, three cases being 3~5 years old while eighteen cases being 5~10 years old. The clinical manifestation were observed to be fever and cough, possible symptom outside lung or syndrome, however without much symptom inside lung. The first complaint of one case expressed stomachache and diarrhea, another case was combined with pleural effusion. All cases displayed unilateral lobar pneumonia in X-ray and positive in MP-IgM test .

结果 本组病例以年长儿多见，3~5岁3例，5~10岁18例，临床表现为发热、咳嗽，肺部体征少，可伴有肺外并发症；21例胸部X线均呈单侧大叶性肺炎，1例以腹痛、腹泻为首发症状，1例并少量胸腔积液；肺炎支原体特异性抗体IgM测定均阳性；所有病例阿齐霉素治疗有效。
