After the biomechanical finite element analysis for the three-dimensional reconstruction model, we find the structure of the deformed nose showes the following characteristics: 1, Nasal septum, nasal columella, lateral feet of nasal alar, lateral nasal dorsum are stress concentrated regions, that is the key mechanical positions of deformed nose; 2, Under the static state, nasal deformation has a very small value of stress distribution, under displacement load status, the deformed nasal has a large value of the stress distribution; 3, Ipsilateral nasal columella are the the key mechanical parts of deformed nasal rectify. And lateral nasal alar is also the most stress concentrated areas.

对于重建后的单侧唇裂鼻畸形鼻部模型进行有限元生物力学研究，发现畸形鼻的力学结构呈现以下特点：1、鼻中隔、鼻小柱、鼻翼外侧脚、鼻背外侧是单侧唇裂鼻畸形应力分布的集中部位，也就是畸形鼻部的力学关键部位；2、在静态状态下，畸形鼻部拥有的应力分布值很小，在位移载荷状态下，形变后的畸形鼻部拥有的较大的应力分布值；3、单侧唇裂鼻畸形整复中，鼻小柱患侧部是畸形整复的力学关键部位，其次就是患侧鼻翼部。

It suggested that under static status, the nasal septum, nasal columella and the lateral feet of nasal alar were the most concentrated areas of stress distribution. They are key mechanical parts of deformed nasal.3.2 Nasal displacement load analysis of patients with unilateral cleft lip and nasal alar collapse Deformed nasal displacement load three-dimensional finite element analysis showed that if the ipsilateral and contralateral nasal parts obtain similar geometry, the positions around nasal columella in ipsilateral nostril were the most stress concentrated region, next parts were the nasal septum and the lateral nasal alar.

提示静态状态下，鼻中隔、鼻小柱和两侧鼻翼外侧角是应力分布最集中部位，也是畸形鼻部的关键力学部位。3.2单侧唇裂鼻翼塌陷畸形患者的鼻部位移载荷形变后力学分析单侧唇裂鼻畸形患者的位移载荷三维有限元分析表明，畸形鼻部的患侧要获得和健侧近似的几何形态，其患侧鼻孔近鼻小柱周围应力分布最为集中，其次为鼻中隔和患侧鼻翼外方。

Methods: Silicone rod frontalis sling had been performed in blepharoptosis (23 cases, 27 eyes) from January 2002 to January 2004 at the Department of Ophthalmology, Tri-Service General Hospital, National Defense Medical Center. We retrospectively studied the primary result of all patients.Result: With a mean follow-up of 11.8 months, a good final result was achieved in all eyes, with no recurrent ptosis cases.

我们追踪自2002-2004年间使用silicone rod frontalis slings的病患，23位病人，27个眼睛，其中两位是外伤导致单侧third nerve palsy，一位是单侧Marcus Gunn jaw-winking syndrome，一位是单侧眼瞼下垂已接受三次传统矫正手术，一位是单侧眼瞼下垂已接受一次传统矫正手术，一位单侧先天性眼瞼下垂的小朋友，一位双侧先天性眼瞼下垂的小朋友，其他19个眼睛均是先天性眼瞼下垂的成人(table 1)。

The average age of benign cases was 36 years, and testicular swelling was found in 6 cases, 2 patients presented with testicular swelling and gynecomastia in 2 cases. The average age of malignant cases was 64 years, and all testicular swelling.

良性病例平均年龄为36岁，其中6例表现为单侧睾丸肿大，2例表现为单侧睾丸肿大伴双侧乳腺发育。4例恶性肿瘤病人平均年龄64岁，均表现为单侧睾丸肿大。

Methods: A retrospective study was performed including 397 women treated with IVF-ET with unilateral/bilateral salpingectomy or salpingoplasty for ectopic pregnancy or salpingemphraxis and patients with tubal infertility with existing salpinx. A total of 116 women with history of unilateral (n=70, group A) or bilateral (n=46, group B) received salpingectomy; 60 women with history of unilateral (n=27, group C) or bilateral (n=33, group D) receivedv salpingoplasty. While the remaining women, who were accomplished in the same duration, with fallopian tube obstruction but without hydrosalpinges were acted as control group (n=221, group E). The basic clinical information and ovarian response to gonadotropins were evaluated in these groups.

回顾性分析长方案超排卵IVF周期临床资料，选择397例因输卵管因素不孕患者，其中手术组176例，非手术组221例；手术组患者均因输卵管妊娠或输卵管阻塞、粘连或积水行单侧或双侧输卵管切除或输卵管修复整形手术，其中单侧输卵管切除组70例，双侧输卵管切除组46例，单侧输卵管整形组27例，双侧输卵管整形组33例；非手术组均未为双侧输卵管阻塞无积水患者，作为对照组。

Results 107 patients were treated with half gland and isthmic portion excision, 43 patients among which were treated with lymph node dissection ;306 patients were treated with half gland and isthmic portion and majority opposite side excision,163 patients among which were treated with lymph node dissection ;and both side of thyroid was removed with half lymph node dissection in 46 patients; 1, 3 and 5 years surviving rate of thyroid carcinoma after operation were 99.0%, 96.5% and 92.6%.

Clonidine (20ug/bilateral), an alpha agonist, produced similar effect as NA; while phentolamine (10ug/unilateral), an alpha antagonist, brought about an enhancement of AA, This phenomenon was observed in the acupuncture effective group, but not in the acupuncture uneffective one. However, propranolol (10ug/unilateral), a beta antagonist, had no effect on AA in these two groups.

Or else, posterior approach is a better choice. As regard to patients who had both ankylosed hips and only one hip can be undergone total hip replacement, after the operation, the function of this hip is good, but the patient can't walk because of the influnce of the other hip, so that the Harris hip score is very low, often less than 70 points. But this didn't indicate that the function of the hip is poor. Due to that, we recommend that the Charnley hip score should be adopted under this condition.

对双侧强直患者，行单侧置换后，该髋关节良好，但受对侧或其他关节的影响，患者仍不能行走，Harris评分仍很低，在70分以下，但这并不能说明术侧髋关节功能不好，因此，对经济状况不良或身体状况差者，不能同时行双侧手术，单侧髋关节置换后功能评分将受影响，双侧髋关节强直的患者只行单侧手术后的评分不适合用Harris评分，而用Charnley评分较为合适。

The results indicated that visitors' activities caused a serious influence on the soil in the park, especially in the two most used scenic spots-Yellowstone Village and Gold Whip Stream. The impact of tourism on soil mainly occurred within 3 m along the trails. The impact shapes are classified into six type as single-sided node type, double-sided node type, cross node type, single-sided linkage type, double-sided linkage type and short-cut linkage type. Of six types of impact shapes, the single-sided node type and double-sided type were dominant. The average water contents of soil for six scenic spots at sample areas of 1 m, 2 m and 3 m from trial is 36.6%, 24.5% and 2.2% lower than that of the control area, respectively. The average soil hardness for six scenic spots at 1m, 2 m, and 3m from the trails tramped increased 167.9%, and 122.2%, and 15.8%, respectively, compared with the control area. Soil bulk density increased 26.5% at 1 m and 20.9% at 2 m from the trails.

结果表明：游客活动对张家界世界地质公园土壤产生了较大的影响，特别是在游客相对集中的黄石寨景区和金鞭溪景区，影响十分明显；游客对土壤影响的范围主要发生在距游道两侧3米以内的范围；公园内土壤影响形态可分为单侧节型、双侧节型、单侧链型、双侧链型、十字节型和捷径链型6种类型，其中又以单侧节型和双侧节型为主；在六个景区中，距游道边缘1米、2米及3米范围内土壤的平均含水率较对照区分别低了36.6%、24.5%和2.2%；与对照区相比，距游道边缘1米、2米及3米的土壤硬度分别增加了167.9%、122.2%和15.8%，而距游道边缘1米和2米范围内的土壤容重则分别比对照区增加了26.5%和20.9%。
