To test the influence of trehalose accumulation on response to freeze stress, we constructed all single and double gene disruption mutants of the trehalase genes ATH1, NTH1 and NTH2 and examined the changes of their trehalose accumulations and their freeze tolerance.

为了检测冷冻压力下海藻糖积累的作用，我们构建了海藻糖酶基因ATH1、NTH1和NTH2的各种单基因突变株和双基因突变株，并对突变株的海藻糖积累情况和耐冷冻能力进行了检测。

The results are following:(1)We investigated the influence of the positional isomeric effect on structures.Due to the less space-crowding,it is easier for 3-pytpy to behave as bridging ligand than 2-pytpy under the same reaction conditions,while,it is easier for 2-pytpy to function as tridentate chelating ligand to construct supramolecular structures.

研究结果如下：(1)研究了两个吡啶取代三联吡啶配体的位置异构效应对配合物结构的影响。3-pytpy配体比2-pytpy具有更小的空间位阻，在相同的合成条件下容易以单-三齿桥联方式配位；而2-pytpy更易以三齿螯合形式配位，通过π…π堆积作用形成超分子结构。

无芒雀麦对土壤要求不严，耐贫瘠、严寒，耐碱性也较强，需氮较多，适宜与紫花苜蓿、沙打旺、野豌豆、百脉根、红三叶等豆科牧草混播，借助豆科牧草固氮作用，促进无芒雀麦良好生长[4]。本实验就是无芒雀麦单播草地和与紫花苜蓿混播草地对土壤理化性质的影响进行比较。

However, the coordination modes of it are paradox in literatures. The single crystal structure was resolved to clarify the confusion. The result indicates the carboxylic group coordinates to zinc ion in unidentate, and the heteroatoms of pyrimidine ring are not involved in coordination. Antitumor activity against SMMC-7721 was also examined.

7.5-氟尿嘧啶是临床上广泛使用的抗癌药物，它的衍生物5-氟尿嘧啶-1-乙酸亦具有良好的生物活性，有关它的金属配合物亦有报道，但其结构指认相当混乱，为此研究了它与锌的配合物单晶结构，证明了5-氟尿嘧啶以单齿羧基与锌配位，而嘧啶环氮并未配位，也研究了它对SMMC-7721细胞株的抗肿瘤作用。

Results show this new-inlet hydrocyclone has original sides on liquid spin-making and stabilize its flow field. Moreover this gradual contraction inlet may translate some pressure energy of liquid into kinetic energy and increase circumrotate speed. These play active actions on improving separation efficiency. Moreover, the uniflow hydrocyclone has the traits of big capacity, low pressure drop and a little low separation efficiency in contrast to the returned flow hydrocyclone. This hydrocyclone system has the higher separation property in contrast to the single-level hydrocyclone.

实验结果表明：这种新型入口结构水力旋流器在流体的导旋方面具有独到之处，能很好的形成稳定的流场；同时这种渐缩式入口方式，可将来液的一部分压能逐渐转化为动能，提高了旋流速度，对提高分离效率起到积极作用；采用新型入口的直流式水力旋流器比返流式水力旋流器压降低，处理量大且分离效率略低；组成返流式水力旋流器串联系统相对于单级水力旋流器具有更高的分离性能。

The following results were found in the experiments: in pot experiments the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rateof Lianmeng and Duizhao presented a single-peak curve, and the maximum value occurred at about 12:30, the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of Changlongjie was unregular, the photosynthetic capacity of three treatments from high to low was Lianmeng ＞ Duizhao＞ Changlongjie, heavy metals stress had an inhibitory effect on photosynthesis of plant; There was a significant positive correlation between stomatal conductance and transpiration rate during the diurnal variation(Lianmeng 0.981**, Changlongjie 0.829*, Duizhao 0.87*).

结果表明：在白玉兰盆栽试验中，联盟和对照的Pn日变化呈&单峰型&曲线，峰值都出现在12：30左右，长龙界的Pn日变化无规律，3个处理的光合能力为联盟＞对照＞长龙界，重金属胁迫对植物的光合有抑制作用。

The results showed that after exposure of germinating seeds to low temperature stress, the germination energy, germination percentage, germination index and seed vigor index in Zhengdan958 soaked with any of chemical regulation treatments under low temperature stress were higher than those of the unsoaked controls; In the meantime, the seedlings height, dry matter weight, leaf area, chlorophyll content of maize seedling under low temperature stress was elevated by A, B two kinds of concentration, indicating positive effect on strengthening maize seedling.

结果表明，低温逆境下各化控处理均提高了郑单958的种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和种子简易活力指数；A、B两种药剂处理比对照都明显提高了低温胁迫下玉米幼苗的苗高、干物重、叶面积以及叶绿素含量，起到了良好的壮苗作用。

观察降糖益肾方对小剂量STZ诱导并单侧肾切除，高脂饲料喂养的糖尿病肾病大鼠模型的影响实验结果：对2h后血糖有显著降低作用（p.05），能有效抑制肾小球系膜基质的增生，减轻肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀，保持足突与基底膜的完整性，减轻血管腔狭窄，降低GFR、尿微量白蛋白以及〓-微球蛋白的排泄率（p.05），能改善高血脂状态，降低血TG、TC含量（p.05），降低〓与T／K比值（p.05），改善微血管循环障碍的状态；能升高肾组织中〓-〓-ATP酶的活性（p.05）。
