In addition, molecular orientation behaviors induced by shearing, electric field and magnetic field were investigated. The space group of the monomers A3EO7 and A9EO7 were determined as P2〓2〓2 and P112/m by means of electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction. Liquid crystalline properties of the monomer and the polymer were studied using DSC, variable X-ray diffraction, TEM and polarized optical microscope. Both monomers exhibit monotropic liquid crystalline behavior, and they also give a metastable phase on the cooling process. The polymer PA9EO7 shows enantiotropic liquid crystalline properties. Thus the rigid polymer backbone is not a fatal defect that completely distorts the packing arrangement of the mesogenic moiety in the side chain liquid crystalline polyacetylene.

The results showed that MGM had good spherical shape and narrow size distribution,and the particles with diameters ranging from 0.13 mm to 0.28 mm were about 91 wt%.The surface hydrophilicity of Fe3O4 microcrystal was improved by formamide dispersing treatment.The gel particles made by the copolymerization of glycidyl methacrylate and N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide could encapsule Fe3O4 microcrystal to produce colloid cores,and uniform and stable MGM microspheres were formed by the conglomeration of the colloid cores.

Trehalose-forming Enzyme could convert maltooligosaccharides into non-reducing maltooligosyl trehalose by intramolecular transglycosylation, and Trehalose-releasing Enzyme could hydrolyze α-1, 4 linkage between the trehalose residue and the maltooligosaccharide residue to release trehalose and maltooligosaccharides with two glucose monomer lesser.
