Presently,the administration of justice of Chinas intellectual property right protected has already realized the butt joint on the whole with TRIPS agreement through the revision of the relevant intellectual property right law , and also has Revised and perfected the regulation in the law before, which contravening this agreement.

目前，中国知识产权的司法保护通过相关知识产权法律的修订已经与TRIPS协议实现了整体上的对接，将以前法律中与该协议相抵触的规定予以修改和完善。

The major activities of STV are:Identifying and patenting or copyrighting new inventions;Interacting with industry to negotiate collaborative Sponsored Research Agreements ;Advising industry of new inventions and negotiating license agreements ;Apprising venture capital groups and other investors of new inventions and facilitating startup of new companies based on Columbia faculty research ;Facilitating the Material Transfer Agreements that enable researchers to advance their work.
