The current study and C and O isotope evolution are consistent with the previous research results, which provides isotopic evidence supporting the existence of an aulacogen basin alone, and furthermore are highly concordant with the C and O isotope evolutions in Belt Supergroup in North America and MidRiphean in Ural, Russia, which suggests a response to a global paleoocean geochemical setting.

Basically, the contents of this paper are organized as follows: Firstly, it is interpreted that the technical identifications of higher education and economic growth and the relative theories such as human capital and new economic growth, which can make theatric basis for the further empirical study. After that, the paper is to construct a couple of index systems to depict higher education development and economic growth respectively. At the end of this paper, it will adopt the dynamic econometric models such as Granger causality test, co-integration test, VAR and VECM model, to evaluate the co-relations between the two systems. As the complete characteristic curves of reversible pump turbine are often used to calculate the instantaneous parameters, this paper studies the characteristic curve and the wicket closure and opening law in pumped storage plants.Chapter 1 presents the importance and the necessity of this study and reviews the previous related research on hydraulic transient process and valve regulation in pumped storage plants.Chapter 2 analyzes the six collected characteristic curves of reversible pumped turbine and studies their diversification from the point of view of specific speed. The six collected discharge and moment curves with maximum efficiency have been fitted to piecewise continuous curves. This curve-fitting procedure is listed.Chapter 3 takes Liyang Pumped storage plant as an example and analyzes the effect of different characteristic curves on regulation guarantee parameters and the variety of its trochoid during the same operation status.Chapter 4 takes three pumped storage plants with different heads as examples and studies the characteristic of coordinated closure with wicket gate and ball valve and its effect on dynamic pressure in the spiral case, inlet pressure in the draft tube and the rise of rotating speed.Chapter 5 summarizes this paper and point out what should be done in the future research.

由于在过渡过程分析计算中，需要频繁利用可逆式机组的全特性曲线推求机组的瞬时参数，所以本文就特性曲线及关闭规律问题进行了研究，其主要内容如下：第1章，指出本文研究的意义和目的，回顾前人对水力过渡过程、抽水蓄能电站及阀调节的研究成果，在此基础上提出本文的研究内容；第2章，针对收集到的六套特性曲线，从比转速的角度出发来研究可逆式机组特性曲线的变化规律；并对六套曲线的最高效率流量和力矩曲线进行分段拟合，得到各分段函数的具体形式，再通过举例说明最高效率曲线的拟合步骤；第3章，以溧阳抽水蓄能电站为实例，分析讨论不同比转速特性曲线对调保参数造成的影响及对于相同工况其轨迹线的变化；第4章，结合高、中、低三水头段抽水蓄能电站，在导叶直线关闭的基础上，研究导叶与球阀协联关闭规律的特点及对蜗壳动水压力、尾水管进口压力及转速上升造成的影响；第5章，总结全文，提出今后研究的重点和方向。

In accordance with the technological difficulties encountered in the process of insulation supervision based on the Dissolved Gases Analysis,several kinds of model and method are presented to improve the reliability and precision of fault diagnosis of the power transformer. Main research content includes:By deeply studying the common transformer faults diagnosing methods,such as three-ratio methods and improved electrical committee agreements,several shortcomings such as uncertainness judgment when the fault reasons,phenomenon and principles come out together while can not consistent to each other etc. For this reason,the old methods can not fully meet the need to engineering practical application.Considering fuzzy relationship matrix can fully represents the causality between fault symptoms and fault types,when diagnosing complex equipments with multiple symptoms and fault causes such as power transformer,a synthetic fuzzy diagnosing model is firstly proposed to diagnose transformers insulation faults based on DGA in this paper. Meanwhile,by further study the character of fuzzy factors,aimed at correcting the defects in classifying fuzzy sets of common fuzzy judgment,a method are put forward by unifying fuzzy synthetic diagnosis and fuzzy principle reasoning.

本文针对应用油中溶解气体分析方法进行变压器绝缘监督时所遇到的主要技术难点，提出了提高变压器故障诊断的准确性、可靠性的几种模诊断方法，主要研究内容有：通过对判断变压器故障常用的三比值法和改良电协研法的深入分析，其诊断准确率较高，但对故障原因、故障现象和故障机理间同时存在不确定性和模糊性的变压器等电气设备的故障诊断，难于满足工程应用的需要；在处理变压器等结构复杂设备的多症状、多原因故障诊断时，模糊关系矩阵可以全面反映这种症状与故障类型间的因果关系，进而提出了变压器故障诊断的模糊综合诊断模型；同时作者还深入分析了模糊算子的特性；针对常用的模糊评判结果的模糊集的集化方法的不足性，提出了将模糊综合诊断与模糊规则推理结合起来进行故障诊断的方法，能达到较好的效果。

A frame image of a video frequency sequence is read into a postpositional memory zone, and staring position and size information of a tracked object is obtained in the frame, then distribution statistical information of a target signature is extracted to build a gauss mixed model as an object template, a mean vector and a covariance matrix in gauss mixed distribution are used to describe the position and the size of the object, then the next frame image of the video frequency sequence is read into the postpositional memory zone. In a new frame video frequency image, a parameter estimation method is used to obtain object gauss mized model parameters in the current frame in iterative computation and find candidate template similar to the object template, and the final model parameters obtained in iteration are used to update the tracking window for realizing self-adaption of the tracked window.
