半玻璃化

The effects of sucrose, glucose, galactose, fucose on elution were compared. The elution time, concentration of elution solutions and elution method were also investigated. The results showed that one-step washing with 0.125mol/L sucrose obtained higher survival rate, and the elution time was 15min.

对蔗糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、海藻糖几种糖溶液的洗脱效果进行比较，对洗脱时间、洗脱液浓度、洗脱方法进行筛选研究，结果显示利用0.125mol/L蔗糖对玻璃化液处理后的胚胎进行一步洗脱成活率较高，洗脱时间在15min为宜。

Raffinose, stachyose, and Galpi were found to have good glass forming properties, and their glass transition temperatures were 67.4, 66.4, and 33.40℃, respectively.
