By releasing the cytosol proteins with Digitonin and centrifugation technology, we divided the J6-2 cell proteins into the cytosol proteins and the particulate-conjugated proteins, and then using SDS-PAGE, Western blotting and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent stain combined with computer quantiscan technology, we investigated the effect of GM3 on PLC1 translocation.

本文采用洋地黄皂甙增加细胞膜渗透性，释放胞液蛋白，通过离心将细胞蛋白分为胞液蛋白和颗粒结合蛋白两部分，然后采用SDS-PAGE，Western blot及酶联免疫显色技术，并结合计算机扫描半定量技术，检测了GM3处理前后PLC1在细胞内的转位情况。

In our experiments, when the opacity of lens exceed Ⅳ degrees, the treatment effect of medicine was not obviously. Analyzing the examined results of AR, SOD and GSH-px in rat lens cortex and nuclear shows that Zhangming drops can inhibit the activity of AR obviously and prevent the translation of galactose to galactose alcohol. So it can prevent the deposit of galactose in the fibrocyte of lens and the increase of lens's osmosis, then prevent the hydration of lens.

通过对大鼠半乳糖性白内障晶体皮质和核内醛糖还原酶、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶的检测结果分析表明，障明滴眼液能明显抑制AR的活性，防止半乳糖向半乳糖醇的转化，从而防止半乳糖在晶体纤维细胞内的堆积，阻止其渗透性的增高，防止晶体的水化。

并进行了算例分析，讨论了反映介质黏弹性性质的最小质量因子，反映孔洞边界半透水性质的渗透性参数及衬砌和介质的相对刚度对问题的影响。分析结果表明：以上参数对圆柱孔洞的频域响应有很大影响。
