To produce the scientific evidence for developing and manufacturing new antitumor drugs.Methods: 1 The inhibitory effect on cell growth of Hela was measured by MTT assay in treated or untreated groups (3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50μg/ml TAM and control) for three different treatment times (24h, 48h and 72h).2 Apoptosis and cell cycle were measured by FCM in four experimental groups (0, 4, 16, 40μg/ml TAM) for 48h.3 Adopting Wright and Giemse's staining to observe the morphology of Hela cells which treated with 40μg/ml TAM.4 Using invasion experiment to detect the Hela cells'invasive abilities which treated with 40μg/ml TAM.5 The protein expressional levels of P-ERK, ERK, C-myc and Cyclin D1 in Hela cells untreated or treated with 4, 16, 40μg/ml TAM for 24h were measured by Western blot.6 Expression of anti-apoptotic gene bcl-2, apoptotic gene bax and MMP-9 in Hela cells of four experimental groups (0, 4, 16, 40μg/ml TAM for 24h), were observed by revers transcription PCR.7 The protein expression of P-ERK, ERK, Bcl-2 and Bax in Hela cells treated with 40μg/ml TAM for 24h observed by laser scanning microscopes.

1采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝法检测不同浓度北豆根总碱(3.125、6.25、12.5、25、50μg/ml)处理不同时间(24、48和72小时)对Hela细胞增殖反应的抑制作用。2采用流式细胞技术(flow cytometry，FCM)检测不同浓度北豆根总碱(0、4、16、40μg/ml)作用48小时，对Hela细胞凋亡及周期变化的影响。3瑞氏-姬姆萨染色后显微镜观察北豆根总碱(0、40μg/ml)作用24小时后Hela细胞形态学变化。4采用Transwell小室法检测北豆根总碱(0、40μg/ml)作用24小时后对Hela细胞侵袭性的影响。5采用免疫印迹方法检测不同浓度北豆根总碱(0、4、16、40μg/ml)作用24小时后，Hela细胞中磷酸化ERK、ERK、C-myc、CyclinD1的表达变化。6采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(revers transcription PCR，RT-PCR)半定量检测北豆根总碱(0、4、16、40μg/ml)作用24小时，Hela细胞抗凋亡基因bcl-2、促凋亡基因bax、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达变化。7应用激光共聚焦显微镜(laser scanning microscope，LSM)观察北豆根总碱(0、40μg/ml)作用24小时后，Hela细胞内P-ERK、ERK、Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达变化。

Under different stresses, we tested the expression of citrate synthase gene in rapeseed leaf by using semi-quantitative PCR. The expression of citrate synthase gene had no obvious change in stresses of salt, dark, high illumination, while was increased at different time in treatments of water logging, drought, IAA, and 6-BA. Interestingly the effect of ABA was contrary to that of IAA. In the treatment of sclerotium blight, the expression of citrate synthase gene was depressed. There was a saddle curve of citrate synthase gene expression in the treatment of gibberellin.

对油菜幼苗进行植物生长调节物质、高温和低温、强光照和弱光照、盐、菌核病、干旱和水渍等处理，采用半定量PCR法对油菜叶片柠檬酸合酶基因的表达模式进行检测，发现在盐胁迫、暗光和强光的处理下，柠檬酸合酶基因的表达基本没有变化；在水渍、干旱、IAA和6-BA胁迫下，其表达有所升高，但出现峰值的时间不同，ABA对表达模式的影响与IAA相反，感染菌核病后其表达降低；对GA3的应答呈鞍型。

Using semi-quantitative RT-PCR, the differential expression profiles of eleven selected genes were confirmed in the ovaries of triploid and diploid. These genes fell in gene categories with a wide range of functions. The results indicated that triploidy affects the dynamic gene regulatory network in triploid ovary. This study established a firm basis for future investigation on characterization of crucial molecular events for normal ovarian development in shrimp.To further dissect exact gene functions for gonad development of shrimp, three differentially expressed genes between diploid and triploid ovary, PCNA (proliferating cell nuclear antigen), CAS/CSE1 (cellular apoptosis susceptibility protein/chromosome segregation 1) and SSRF (spermatogonial stem-cell renewal factor) were characterized on certain aspects.

In order to probe the relationships between wave equation offset domain common image gathers/angle domain common image gathers with migration velocity, we quantitatively derive the changes of ODCIGs and ADCIGs along with migration velocity on the assumption of uniform velocity medium with a horizontal reflector. We come to conclusion that ODCIGs are hyperbolas with half offset; on the contrary, they are ellipses. Combined with the results of depth focusing analysis, we find the apparent incident angles in ADCIGs are larger than the real incident angles when the migration velocity is larger than the true one and vice versa. With lower migration velocity, the residual moveout on ADCIGs is an ellipse with the tangent of apparent incident angle; otherwise, it's a hyperbola.

Forty SD female rats were divided randomly into four groups : control (received normal saline, CTX, S1P+NS, S1P+CTX respectively.
