On the basis of twin-roll thin strip continuous casting experiments and solidification structure characteristic analysis of thin strip and combining with the simulation results of effects of technological parameters, the forming mechanism of solidification structure zone (especially equiaxed crystal zone) on 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel twin-roll thin strip was investigated.

在双辊薄带连铸实验和薄带凝固组织特征分析的基础上，结合对薄带凝固组织区的模拟预测结果，研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢双辊薄带凝固组织区的形成机理。结果表明：1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢双辊薄带凝固组织中的等轴晶区不但在凝固类型为半固态时形成，在轧制或理想型时也能形成。其形成机理为，熔池中悬浮游离晶体的沉积、聚集以及在枝晶生长前沿的长大和薄带离开二铸辊最小间隙后，薄带/空气界面换热系数骤然降低抑制了柱状枝品的生长，并促使薄带中部未凝固熔体中游离晶体的择优长大

When the pouring temperature is close to the liquidus temperature of AlSi7Mgalloy, the primary α-Alin the billets of AlSi7Mg alloy solidifies into spherical or nodular grainswhich are small and distributed homogeneously. In order to obtain non-dendritic semi-solidbillets,the appropriate pouring temperature is 615℃. The faster cooling rate,the melt flowing and largersolidification region induced by the near liquidus pouring temperature promotes theformation of spherical or nodular primary α-Al.

实验表明：当浇注温度接近液相线温度时，AlSi7Mg合金中的初生α-Al凝固成球状或粒状，晶粒细小，分布均匀；获得球状或粒状AlSi7Mg合金半固态坯料的最佳浇注温度为615℃；在接近液相线温度下浇注，较快的合金熔体冷却速度、浇注引起的合金熔体活动和大范围的同时凝固促使AlSi7Mg合金形成球状或粒状的初生α-Al组织。

From the temperature (612℃) slightly under its liquidus, the nucleation number was most in the melt, the primary grains were fine and global, the number of grains per area was more, and the optimum holding time was near 30min at 612℃. From the temperature (600℃) below its liquidus, the nucleation number was more, but some nucleuses congregated and grew dendritically.

其中 ，液相线铸造法〔4〕是我们开发的一种新的制浆方法，该法使金属熔体在液相线温度附近保温一段时间并形核，然后浇铸成具有细小球形组织的适合半固态成形的铸坯。
