The effect of activities of polygalacturoase on pathogenicity in Phytophthora sojae was investigated.

就大豆疫霉根腐病菌多聚半乳糖醛酸酶（Polygalacturonase，PG）活性对其致病力的影响进行了研究。

Results The ponderal index of brain, thoracic gland and spleen and SOD activity are significantly decreased, while the MDA content increased (P.01) in D-galactose-induced subacute mice. Shouwu soft capsule can improve the ponderal index of brain, thoracic gland and spleen and the SOD activity in blood serum and brain tissue and reduce MDA content.

结果：D-半乳糖诱导的亚急性衰老小鼠脑、胸腺和脾的重量指数明显下降，SOD活性明显下降(P.01)，MDA含量明显提高(P.01)等衰老改变，首乌软胶囊能够提高亚急性衰老小鼠脑、胸腺和脾的重量指数，提高血清和脑组织中SOD(P.01)活性，降低MDA含量(P.01)。

Hypodermic inject 1.2% D-galactose liquor (0.1mL/10g) by the nape of mice for 40 days. Observe: the ponderal index of brain, thoracic gland and spleen and the content variation of SOD and MDA in blood serum and brain tissue.

小鼠颈背部皮下注射1.2%D-半乳糖溶液0.1mL/10g鼠重，连续造模40天，并以空白组作对照，观察首乌软胶囊对亚急性衰老小鼠脑、胸腺、脾指数、自由基代谢指标血清和脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛含量的变化。

The results showed that film packaging obviously decreased the weight loss and rotted rate, and to some extent decreased the respiration rate and slowed down the reduction of anthocyanin content, inhibited polygalacturonase and pectinesterase activities. But the decrease of total soluble solids, vitamin C and protopectin contents were slightly affected by packaging film.

结果表明，薄膜包装对降低果实失重率和腐烂率具有较好的效果；对降低呼吸强度、抑制多聚半乳糖醛酸酶和果胶酯酶的活性以及花色苷含量的下降有一定效果；对减缓贮藏期间可溶性固形物、维生素C和原果胶含量的下降无明显影响。

In order to understand the changes in physiology and the storability of blueberry fruits introduced to southern part of China, and to provide scientific basis for suitable packaging materials, changes of total soluble solid content, vitamin C content, acetaldehyde content, ethanol content, protopectin content and anthocyanin content, respiration rate, polygalacturonase and pectinesterase activities, weight loss and rotted rate of blueberry fruit warn investigated. Different packaging films were used, and the storage temperature was under 2℃.

为了解引种到我国南方栽培的蓝浆果鲜果低温贮藏期间的生理变化状况，并为保鲜贮藏选择适宜的包装材料提供科学依据，研究了在2℃条件下，不同薄膜包装处理对蓝浆果果实贮藏期间可溶性固形物、维生素C、乙醛、乙醇、原果胶和花色苷的含量，以及呼吸强度、多聚半乳糖醛酸酶和果胶甲酯酶活性、失重率、腐烂率变化的影响。

The activity of polygalacturonase,PME,cellulase and the soluble pectin content of MA stor-age were significantly lower than those of control; while the flesh firmness,cellulose content ,protopectin content were sig-nificantly higher than those of control. Results showed that MA storage retarded the softening process of mulberry fruit.

以100 mg/L Rifampicin+100 mg/L Gentamycin或100 mg/L Rifampicin+100 mg/L Gentamycin+150 mg/L Streptomycin组合浓度处理者，具有显著降低污染率的效果分别为60%及50%；克服内生菌污染而建立初代无菌培养之腋芽培植体，则以100 mg/L Rifampicin或以100 mg/L Rifampicin+100 mg/L Gentamycin处理者，芽体再生率最高70%-75%，惟平均每一腋芽培植体芽体增殖数仅1.2-1.4个；另在醣种类及浓度与抗生素试验，显示100 mg/L Rifampicin+100 mg/L Gentamycin之抗生素浓度组合添加至含3g/L半乳糖的培养基，显著降低污染率至20%；但未污染之培植体，形态发生潜能低至40%以内，可反应生长之培植体芽体形成数也仅达1-1.2个之间，再生芽体之生长也显现抑制现象。
