Conclusion: 1Dexamethasome improve the phagocyte capacity for apoptotic eosinophils of A549 cells by glucocorticoid cytosolic receptors, and the effect presents time-dependently. 2Phagocytosis of apoptotic eosinphils can degrade inflammatory reflection, so it is likely to be critical in the control of asthma inflammation.
