The comparisons of biochemistry between OP and OR rats The differences between OP and OR rats included not only body weight, but lipids metabolism and insulin sensitivity as well, characterized with insulin resistance, increasing in serum free fatty acids and ketone body, and hepatic TC and TG in OP rats. However, no significant differences were observed in serum TG, TC, LDL, HDL and fasting glucose between OP and OR rats.⑶Comparisons of metabolites in serum, urine and liver tissue between OP and OR rats①There were significant differences in amino acids concentration between OP and OR rats,especially in liver tissue, such as high concentrations in ketogenic and glucogenic amino acids in OP rats, suggesting differences in amino acids metabolism;② The different metabolites between OP and OR rats included increasing of various saturated fatty acids and decreasing of polyunsaturated fatty acids in OP rats;③The urinary metabolites analysis indicated that different structure or metabolism of gut microflora might exist between the two phenotypes, which probably influenced the regulation of body weight gain;④The end-products of catecholamines in urine and intermediates of krebs cycle in serum in OP rats were all up-regulated, suggesting that the activity of sympatheic nervous system and energy metabolism was higher in OP rats than OR rats.

Result of thermogravity analysis showed that the thermal stability of polyvinylamine chloride lowers with increasing in amination degree. Moreover, properties of dilute aqueous solutions of three types of poly chloride with different amination degree were compared by use of viscosimetric, conductometric, and potentiometric measurements. Results showed that both the electrostatic interaction of neighboring groups on the chain and the reduced viscosity of poly chloride are increased with increasing the degree of amination of poly . The equivalent conductivity is decreased with the increasing the concentration of poly chloride and increased with the increasing the amination degree of poly .

Results: the results showed that extracts of Artemsia dracunculus L. at the dose of 7.5%,3.75%,1.875% 20 ml/kg.w, can cause a signficant increase of WBC (P.05), thymus index, spleen index,(P.05) phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of phagocyte,(P.05) the transformation rate of the spleen lymphocytes,(P.05) and the serum IL-2(P.05),serum hemolysin concentration 50%( P.05)in immunodepressed mice. Conclusions: extracts oil from Artemsia dracunculus L. can significantly enhance the non-specific, cell-mediated and humoral immunological function in immunodepressed mice.

Results The average levels of PRL in patients with SLE was significantly higher than that in the controls(P<0.01),and the levels of estradiot (E2)in cases in active stage was higher than that in the controls(P<0.05).The level of testosteronein 31 cases decreased and compared with the controls,E2/T increased markedly(P<0.01).The positive correlation was found between the levels of PRL and E2 in cases of active stage.
