十八烷酸

The physicochemical properties, fatty acid composition and mineral elements of Viburnum cylindricum seed oil were determined. The results showed that 20 kinds of fatty acids in the Viburnum cylindricum seed oil were identified, in which the main components were oleic acid (33.34%), 8,11-octadecadienoic acid (28.24%) and palmitic acid (22.55%); the seed oil contained 6 kinds of essential mineral elements including Ca, P, Mg, Fe, K and Mn, and their contents were in the reasonable range of body requirement.

测定了水红木油的理化指标；用GC/MS法测定了脂肪酸组成及含量，共检出20种脂肪酸，主要成分9-十八碳烯酸占33.34%，8，11-十八碳二烯酸占28.24%，十六烷酸占22.55%，3种脂肪酸共占84.13%；用ICP-OES法测定了矿质元素的种类和含量，检出的Ca、P、Mg、Fe、K、Mn 6种矿质元素均为人体必需元素，含量均在人体所需合理范围内。

They were acetic acid, benzaldehyde, n caproic acid, methyl pentadecanoic methyl ester, glycerin, benzoic acid,,9 octadecadienoic methyl ester, squalane, stearic acid and oleic eicosyl ester.

它们是乙酸、苯甲醛、正葵酸、-甲基十五烷酸甲酯、丙三醇、苯甲酸、，9-十八碳二烯酸甲酯、角鲨烷、硬脂酸和二十烷基油酸酯。

The main components were myristic acid (19.37%), palmitic acid methyl ester(7.56%), lascorbic acid 2,6dihexadecanoate(6.27%), 8,11octadecadienoicacid methyl ester(5.22%), heptadecane(4.82%), lauryl ethoxylate(2.98%), 2isopropyl5methyl1heptanol (2.62%), tetracosanoic acid methyl ester(2.12%),2ethyl2methyltridecanol (2.08%), et al.

其化学成分主要为肉豆蔻酸(19.37%)，棕榈酸甲酯(7.56%)，2，6十六烷基1抗坏血酸酯(6.27%)，8，11十八碳二烯酸甲酯（5.22%），十七烷（4.82%），十二烷基乙氧基醚（2.98%），2异丙基5甲基1庚醇(2.62%)，二十四烷酸甲酯（2.12%），2乙基2甲基十三醇（2.08%）等。

SM6 and SM7 of uncrystal were analyzed through GC-MS, the results showedthat SM6 main contained unsaturated fatty aldehyde with fragrance, i.e.-2,4-decadienal(58%), tetradecanoic acid (55.78%), 2-decenal(50%), Phthalic acid isobutylundecyl ester(47%), 2, 4-Decadienal(41%), 2-Undecenal (31%), 2-Methyl-Z,Z-3, 13-octadecadi-enol(18.84%), and SM7 contained saturation alkanes, i.e. 1, 2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, butyl cyclohexyl ester(23.90%), Triacontane(22.63%),Nonacosane(21.04%), Heptadecane(18.84%), Octacosane(13.58%). Toxicological experiments were done to insure the pigment safety.

并对紫红丝膜菌色素非晶体部分的黄色油状物SM6和紫色粉末物SM7作了GC-MS分析，结果显示SM6中主要为具有香气成分的不饱和脂肪醛，其中含量较高的依次为：-2，4-癸二烯醛(58％)、十四烷酸(55.78％)、2-癸烯醛(50％)、邻苯二甲酸异丁基十一烷酯(47％)、2，4-癸二烯(41％)、2-十一碳烯醛(31％)、2-甲基-Z，Z-3，13-十八碳二烯酸(18.45％)等；SM7中主要为饱和直链烷烃，其中含量较高的依次为：1，2-苯二羧酸丁基环己酯(23.90％)、三十烷(22.63％)、二十九烷(21.04％)、十七烷(18.84％)、二十八烷(13.58％)。

The result indicated that the cellular fatty acid compositions of Salmonella, Escherichia coli, Vibrio and Shigella all contain tetradecanoic acid, hexadecanoic acid and octadecenoic acid, the total content is around 90%, in which the hexadecanoic acid is the most, above 40%, next is the octadecenoic acid, around 30%.

结果表明：沙门氏菌属、埃希氏菌属、弧菌属和志贺氏菌属全细胞脂肪酸组分都含有十四烷酸、十六烷酸和十八碳烯酸，这三种脂肪酸占总脂肪酸含量的90%左右，含量最高的是十六烷酸，含量在40%以上，其次是十八碳烯酸，含量在30%左右。

He fatty acid composition of grass carp was analyzed using GS-MS and more than 18 fatty acids were identified, including hexadecanoic acid, 9-hexadecenoic acid, 9-octadecenoic acid, 6,9-octadecadienoic acid, 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid, octadecanoic acid, 5,8,11,14-eicosatetraenoic acid, 4,7,10,13,16,19-docosahexaenoic acid, 5,8,11,14,17-eicosapentaenoic acid, pentadecanoic acid, heptadecanoic acid, and 5,8,11-heptadecatrienoic acid. There were some fatty acids with odd carbon atoms besides the fatty acids with even carbon atoms common in animals and plants.

Result 16 kinds of fatty acids were separated from Anak chicken muscle and identified. Among them, 7 kinds fatty acids, including lauric acid, myristic acid, pen-tadecanoic acid, palmitic acid, margaric acid, stearic acid and eicosanoic acid, were saturated fatty acids and its content accounted for 38.55% of the total fatty acids; 9 kinds fatty acids, including 11-teteadecenoic acid, 9-hexadecenoic acid, 9-vaccenic acid, 9,12-octadecadienoic acid, 6,9,12-octadeca-trienoic acid, 11-eicosenoic acid, 10, l3-eicosenoic acid, 7,10, 13-eicosatriennoic acid and 5,8,11,14-arachidonic acid, were unsaturated fatty acids, and its content accounted for 61.45% of the total fatty acids.

结果］安卡鸡肌肉中共分离和鉴定出16种脂肪酸，其中饱和脂肪酸7种，包括月桂酸、豆蔻酸、十五烷酸、棕榈酸、十七烷酸、硬脂酸和花生酸，其含量占总脂肪酸的38.55%；不饱和脂肪酸9种，包括11-十四碳烯酸、9-十六碳烯酸、9-十八碳烯酸、9，12-十八碳二烯酸、6，9，12-十八碳三烯酸、11-二十碳烯酸、10，13-二十碳二烯酸、7，10，13-二十碳三烯酸以及5，8，11，14-二十碳四烯酸，共含量占总脂肪酸的61.45%。

Results13 compounds were identified, which accounted for 100 % of the essential oil of the skins of stem. The major compositions were n-Hexadecanoic acid (46.13%); Octadecanoic acid (15.44%),-9-Octadecenoic acid (13.73%), and-9,12-Octadecadienoic acid (7.79%).

结果通过计算机检索、图谱分析法鉴定出13种化合物，占总油量的100%，其主要成分为正十六烷酸(46.13 %)、十八烯酸(15.44 %)、-9-十八烯酸(13.73 %)及-9，12-十八碳二烯酸(7.79 %)。

Our study show that 9, 11-Octadecadienoic acid, methyl ester is the highest content of organic acid ester components in non-hydrocarbon fraction, higher content of 6-Octadecenoic acid, methyl ester reflects mainly terristrial source input, higher content of pentadecane acid, 14-methyl, methyl ester or Heptadeeanoic acid, 16-methyl, methyl ester shows mainly aquatic source input.

原油和岩石抽提物非烃中有机酸酯类化合物的有机地球化学研究报道很少，系统研究发现非烃有机酸酯中9，11-十八二烯酸甲酯含量最高，而次高峰的丰度可用作生源判识，陆源母质输入多的样品次高峰为6-十八单烯酸甲酯，水生母质供给多者次高峰为14-甲基十五烷酸甲酯或16-甲基十七烷酸甲酯。

CNTs were first pre-treated using acid solution (HNO3) to obtain CNTs functionalized with carboxylic groups. Subsequently, the stearyl alcohol was grafted onto CNT with the assistance of dehydrating agent, N,N'-dicyclohexyl-carbodiimide. Excellent dispersion in organic solvents such as acetone, THF, and chloroform was found for the modified CNTs (CNT-C18). In addition, the PBS/CNTs nanocomposites were then prepared through simple melt-blending. Mechanical properties, thermal behavior, conductivity of resultant polymer/CNT composites were investigated. The results show that excellent dispersion of nanotubes in the PBS matrices was achieved.

为了增加多壁奈米碳管在复合材料中的分散性，将碳管表面进行化学修饰，首先将多壁奈米碳管浸入HNO3溶液中，进行酸化，使碳管表面带有羧酸的官能基，然后再加入十八烷醇，在温和的条件下，藉由N，N'-二环己基碳二亚胺(N，N'-dicyclohexyl- carbodiimide，DCC)脱水剂脱水，使碳管和十八烷醇之间产生酯基的化学键结，改质后的碳管可以分散在acetone、THF、chloroform…等有机溶剂中，结果显示成功的利用DCC脱水剂完成碳管的改质。
