The antifatigue function of more than forty kinds of insect,fungi,bacteria and algae was studied and sifted first in this study by detecting swimming endurance and biochemical indexes. Then,in order to choose the better ones from the compoud additives formulas composed of L-carnitine, taurine, octacosanol,vitaminE and insectA ,a cross design experiment was done. InsectA was discovered in the first experiment that it greatly improved the antifatigue function in mice. Finally, the acute toxicities, thirty-day feeding effects and the mechanisms of No. 1 antifatigue compoud additives(No.1ACF) were studied.

本研究首先通过小鼠游泳耐力试验和血液生化指标的测定对40余种昆虫、菌藻的抗疲劳作用进行了筛选；在此基础上，应用正交设计方法对以L-肉碱、二十八醇、牛磺酸和本实验筛选出的抗疲劳功效较好的昆虫A为原料的配方进行了抗疲劳作用筛选，并对筛选出的最佳配方，即抗疲劳复方添加剂1号配方进行了小鼠急性经口毒性试验、30天喂养试验和抗疲劳作用机理研究。

In the present work, the synthesis of phytosterol laurate was studied, which was esterified directly by using sodium dodecyl sulfate as catalyst. And the optimal conditions were obtained by single-factor and orthogonal experiment.

研究使用十二烷基硫酸钠为催化剂，通过羧酸直接酯化，合成植物甾醇月桂酸酯的工艺，利用单因素试验和正交试验确定最佳工艺条件。

The formulation include : Refined palm oil, hardened palm fats, fatty acids such as palmitic, stearic, lauric, myristic, esters and alcohols.

这种工艺包括：精炼棕榈油、硬化棕榈脂肪、脂肪酸，例如棕榈酸、硬脂酸、十二酸、肉豆蔻酸、酯及醇。

The experiment results showed that the optimum reaction condition were as follow: the molar ratio of acrylic acid to octadecyl alcohol was 1.2:1, the amounts of solid super acid and hydroquinonone were 6.0% and 0.8% respectively, reaction temperature and time were 120℃ and 3h. In this condition, the percentage of esterification of octadecyl acrylate was 97%.

由实验得出的最佳合成条件是：丙烯酸与十八醇的摩尔比为1.2：1，固体超强酸及对苯二酚的质量分数分别为6%，0.8%，反应温度为120℃，反应时间为3 h，在此反应条件下，酯的产率可达97%。

In this thesis, the advantages and disadvantages of potentiodynamic polarization curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscope and coulostatic method for studying corrosion inhibitors in acidic mediums were compared. And then the effect of three popular acid corrosion inhibitors such as thiourea, dodecylamine and propargyl alcohol on the corrosion inhibition behaviors of Q235 steel in acidic solutions were investigated by these techniques. The anodic desorption behavior and extreme value phenomenon of concentration were surveyed thoroughly as well.

The electrochemical results of Q235 steel clearly showed that, dodecylamine restrain corrosion mainly by geometric blocking effect; Thiourea decreased the cathodic current effectively and propargyl alcohol suppressed the anodic reaction instead. Inhibition behaviors of PA at different concentrations were investigated as well.
