Methods The bile duct of rabbit was excided and a pipe supporting bile duct was inserted through duodenal major papilla to establish a model. V.G staining and TGF-beta 1 immunohistochemistry staining on tubal wall of rabbit bile duct in different times were used to determine quantitatively the intensity of light TGF-beta 1 positive area and the relationship between the integral-optical density of bile duct tissue collagen content and time.

切开兔胆管并自十二指肠乳头行胆管内支撑方法建立模型，将不同时期梗阻段胆管壁进行V.G染色和β1型转化生长因子（transforming growth factor beta 1，TGF-β1）免疫组化染色，测定TGF-β1阳性区域的光度以及胆管组织胶原含量积分光密度随时间变化关系。

目的：探讨胰十二指肠切除术的方法及并发症的预防。

Analyse the reviewing to the case of excising the skill of 24 cases of pancreas duodenum.

对24例胰十二指肠切除术的病例进行回顾性分析。

Rat models were successfully established by twice operations. First, OJ was induced by common bile duct ligation and division. On the 7th day after the first operation, ED was performed by exteriorizing a drainage tube at the nape of the rat, while ID by implanting a drainage tube between the dilated end of CBD and duodenum.

采用成年雄性Sprague Dawley大鼠60只，随机分成梗阻性黄疸、胆汁内引流、胆汁外引流和假手术4组，每组15只，通过第一次开腹手术结扎并切断胆总管建立OJ模型，术后7天第二次手术，从膨大的胆管末端插入并固定引流管，经皮下固定于大鼠颈背部皮肤建立ED模型；ID模型通过在膨大的胆管末端和十二指肠间植入支架形成。
