The results indicated that:Under the condition of this study,compare with the jejunum,duodenum is the main site of zinc absorption.

Radical excision 153 cases,of which 128 cases in pancreatoduodenectomy,20 cases in the expansion of pancreatoduodenectomy,and 5 in total pancreatectomy; 102 cases with palliative operation,of which 33 cases in RouxY biliaryenteric anastomosis,69 cases in the Rouxen bridge T tube drainage.

根治性切除术153例中，胰十二指肠切除术128例，扩大胰十二指肠切除术20例，全胰切除术5例；姑息性手术102例中，胆肠RouxY吻合术33例，胆肠T管架桥内引流术69例。

Methods :Their clinical data of 64 cases of tumor of duodenal papilla confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.

In order to clone the VIP gene in the gastrointestinal tract from beijing duck, one pair of specific primers to VIP gene was designed and synthesized according to the chick sequence (X80906). Encoding VIP cDNA fragments were amplified by RT-PCR from the total RNA in the Proventriculus, the Duodenum and the Jejunum of Beijing duck. Their PCR products were ligated into pGEM-T easy vector, which was transformed into E. coil JM109. Positive bacteria clones were screened and identified by PCR method and digested with the double restriction enzyme EcoRⅠ. The sequence of VIP gene fragment was also determined and analyzed.

为从北京鸭胃肠道中扩增血管活性肠肽基因，根据鸡VIP基因（GenBank登录号X80906），设计了一对简并引物，从北京鸭腺胃、十二指肠和空肠提取总RNA，通过反转录－聚合酶链反应扩增，将从腺胃、十二指肠和空肠中扩增出的产物克隆到pGEM-Teasy载体上，导入大肠杆菌JM109，阳性克隆经双酶切鉴定后测序，将测序结果与鸡和鹅（GenBank登录号为DQ023161）的VIP基因进行同源性比较。

Methods Laparoscopic operation was employed on 42 patients of gastroduodenal diseases, including benign gastric tumor resection (14 cases), perforated gastroduodenal ulcer repair (11 cases), partial stomach resection (10 cases), highly selective vagotomy(7 cases).

方法腹腔镜手术组为胃十二指肠疾病患者42例，其中胃壁良性肿瘤切除术14例、胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术11例、胃大部切除术10例、高选择性迷走神经切断术7例，应用腹腔镜技术行手术治疗。

Results: Main CT appearances of this group of cases:①Ampullary carcinoma manifested as a small mass and was prone to protruding into duodenum, whereas the center of pancreatic head carcinoma was located in pancreas.

结果：本组病例的CT主要表现：①壶腹癌瘤体小，易向十二指肠腔突出，中心位于十二指肠腔内；胰头癌的中心则通常在胰腺内。
