结果超临界CO2萃取物为黄棕色油状物，得率为0.9%，用GC-MS联用技术从中鉴定出亚油酸乙酯、5，5-二甲基-双环（6，3，0）-1，7-十一烯-3-酮等30种成分，占挥发油总含量65.66%；萃取物经硅胶柱色谱分离纯化，从中鉴定出十八酸乙酯等11种成分，占总含量的85.1%。

This work, concentrated on the asymmetric allylation of aldehydes controlled by different chiral auxiliaries prepared from rotational pure tartaric acid, can be divided into three parts.The first part aims to review the developments of chiral drugs and asymmetric synthesis, from which derived the present research topic backgrounds and works.Synthesis and applications of allylation from aldehydes are the second part of the thesis. By optimizing the reaction conditions, such as solvents, temperature, time and chiral auxiliaries like N,N\'-dibenzyl tartamide, N,N\'-p-dimethylphenyl tartamide, N,N\'-o-dimethylphenyl tartamide, N,N\'-o-dichlorophenyl tartamide, N,N\'-a-dinaphyl tartamide, N,N\'-dicyclohexyl tartamide and N,N\'-diphenyl tartamide, ideal experimenttal conditions are obtained according to HPLC monitoring, as well as the auxiliaries\' recoveries experiments. Starting from benzaldehyde and 3-bromopropaldehyde, N,N\'-dibenzyl tartamide is considered the best auxiliary in this reaction.

本文介绍了醛的不对称烯丙基化反应，以光学纯酒石酸为原料，研究了不同构型手性配体在醛的烯丙基化反应中的立体选择性，全文共分三部分十个章节：第一部分对当前手性药物和手性技术进行了概述，并由此展开了本文的研究背景和任务；第二部分为有机合成部分，对醛的不对称烯丙基化反应进行了深入探讨，以苯甲醛为原料对反应条件进行优化，在优化的反应条件下对制备的七种可回收手性酰胺配体(N-苄基酒石酸二酰胺、N-对甲苯基酒石酸二酰胺、N-邻甲苯基酒石酸二酰胺、N-邻氯苯基酒石酸二酰胺、N-a-萘基酒石酸二酰胺、N-环己基酒石酸二酰胺和N-苯基酒石酸二酰胺)进行筛选，优化配体回收实验条件，最终确定出N-苄基酒石酸二酰胺在苯甲醛的不对称烯丙基化反应中具有较大优越性，结晶回收的手性配体光学纯度保持不变。

The result showed due to yeast fermentation process there were many new aroma components in jujube wine which were different from the juice: Isoamyl alcohol, Phenylethyl alcohol, Benzyl alcohol and so on; jujube juice hexadecanoic acid and other senior fatty acid composition obviously degradated; Alcohols and esters composition were sharply upward.

We have investigated on the chemical constituents of Nepeta partite collected from Gansu Zhuanglang, and twenty eight compounds were isolated from the methanol extraction of this species by chromatography techniques. Twenty five compounds were identified by means of chemical and spectra methods IR, FABMS, EI-MS,〓, DEPT, and 2D NMR）, among which four compounds were new as isopimar-15-en-3β, 8β, 20-triol; phenylethanal-3-O-（2'-glycerin）-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside; 3-O-linolenoylglyceryl-6'-O-(α-D-galactopyranosyl）-β-D-galactopyranoside; ethyl rosemarinate.

Results11 separated constituents were identified, the contents of 3 compounds were over 20%. The main constituents in extracts were Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (21.51%), Nonacosane (25.73%), Stigmastan-3,5-dien (25.73%).

Third, volatilizable parts from Hainan Rauvolfia were obtained through water vapor distillation. They were analyzed by GC/MS. The resuts showed that about 10 compounds in the root essential oil were extracted and 9 of them were identified. Fatty acids and phenol ramification are the main types of the compounds.

用水蒸气蒸馏法获得了萝芙木中的易挥发组分，对其进行了GC/MS分析，分析结果表明，萝芙木根挥发油分离出10个峰，鉴定出9种化合物，其主要成分为9-十八烷酸、十六酸，棕榈酸、9，12-十八烷二酸、1H－酚[2，1-b] 喃-1-酮，分别占挥发油总量的25.66%、19.34%、18.12%、17.23%，四者占其总量的80.35%。
