Part four summarizes the success and failure of the villages and towns system reform for the past more than 20 years.The accomplishment is as follows: that is to say, to establish the system of country governments and village self management, to improve the function of villages and towns, to push the changeover of villages and towns' function and style,to reduce and control the number of the personals, to develop notably in socialist democracy; there exist six prominent problems, namely to be short of the right academic direction during the system reform , to be lack of the right idea about reform, to orient the government function irrationally , to innovate the degree of system deficiently ,to lag in constructing legal system and to form a half-baked set in reform measure.

第四部分，在回顾的基础上，对二十多年来乡镇体制改革得失进行总结：成就主要表现在五个方面，即确立"乡政村治"体制、完善了乡镇功能、推动乡镇政府职能和作风的转变、减少和控制机构和人员的增加、民主政治取得可喜进展；存在六个突出问题，即体制改革缺乏正确理论指导、对改革缺乏正确认识、政府职能未有合理的定位、制度创新力度不够、法制建设滞后、改革措施不配套。

I used to be a teacher for ten years.it was 1926 I finished my study in American and became a teacher in national department of almamater Yangjing university.most of directors and teachers are my teacher.also other departments has my teacher.anyway,all the teachers in the school are my predecessors.so when it came to professoriate,I always chose a corner or an edge ,stayed very terrified.people all joked me as faculty baby.i was less than 26 that term.

With the comprehensive examination of the fluctuations of Ba Jin"s thoughts and writings in over seventy years of his career, I tend to explicate the complex relations between such fluctuations and the narrations of the "Spirit of May 4th", in the course of which the headways of times and the strata of thoughts are both unfolded. This case study renders to clarify the influences of the different narrations of "May 4th on the literary progress, along with on the creations and practices of writers.

本论文以对&五四精神&的叙述策略即&五四&是怎样被叙述、又是如何被叙述的考察为线索，以巴金七十余年的思想、创作的变化流程为考察对象，从不同时间的推移和多层次的思想层面展开等纵横两个方向，全面梳理了巴金的思想变化与五四精神不同叙述之间的复杂关系，从而通过个案研究来探讨关于&五四&的不同阐释对于文学发展进程、作家创作和人生实践的影响，并藉此返观五四精神在二十世纪中国思想文化进程中所发挥的历史作用及对知识分子的重要意义。
