Abstract］ objective to explore the occupational stress status in head nurse.methods sixty one head nurses completed the osi-r.results there was occupational stress in head nurse.there was significant difference of occupational stress among head nurse with different age,educational background,job title,time to hold a post.conclusion head nurse is matrical leader,who plays important role.each medical treatment organization should be as far as possible to reduce occupational stress and relieve the occupational stress,in order to protect their spirit and body health.

职业紧张或称职业应激、工作紧张，一般是指在某种职业条件下，客观需求与主观反应之间失衡而出现的生理变化和心理压力，以及由于不能满足需求而引起相应的功能性紊乱［1］。21世纪，临床护理工作面临着新的挑战和更大的压力。护士长作为医院管理中最基层的领导者和组织者之一，扮演着重要的角色，护理管理水平的高低直接影响到医院管理质量的优劣和医疗水平。因此，了解护士长职业紧张现状，积极提出预防对策，以提高护理管理水平。

PARTICIPANTS: Eight consecutive patients with congenital micrognathia who developed OSAS were hospitalized from October 2001 to July 2004 at the Center of Craniomaxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery Hospital of Peking Union Medical College and Plastic and Maxillofacial Surgery Unit of Royal Children's Hospital of Melbourne, Australia. This group included 5 male and 3 female patients aged 4 months to 17 years.

对象：2001-10/2004-07在中国医学科学院中国协和医科大学整形外科医院和澳大利亚墨尔本皇家儿童医院颅面外科就治的小下颌畸形伴OSAS患者8例，男5例，女3例，年龄4个月～17岁。

Nosocomial infection also affected prognosis of cancer, with longer hospital stay and higher death rate. Respiratory infection was the main infection and counted for 48.72%. Monilia ranked the first in pathogenic bacteria, and the ratio between bacillus and coccobacteria showed obvious disorder.

医院感染还影响恶性肿瘤的预后，表现在受感染的患者住院时间延长、死亡率提高；感染部位以呼吸道感染为主，感染率为48.72%；引起医院感染的病原菌以念珠菌为首，杆菌与球菌比例明显失调。

Methods Patients with diabetic foot gangrene lesions who visited to Yanbian University Hospital and Changchun University of TCM from October,2004 to February,2007 and eliminate patients who complicating with to double heart and renal inadequacy,myocardial infarction,nephros duty depletion,asthma,pulmonary infection,advanced stage malignant tumor,et al and DF above grade 3 to deliver surgery,which were divided into treatment group （n=32） and control group （n=27） by random sampling.

将2004年10月～2006年2月，来自延边大学附属医院中西医结合科及延边中西医结合医院的门诊及诊疗区就诊和收治的糖尿病并发糖尿病足的患者，合并重度心、肾功能不全、心肌梗死、肾衰竭、哮喘、肺部感染，恶性肿瘤晚期等排除观察范围；糖尿病足3级以上送至外科就诊，按随机数字表分为针刺治疗组32例和对照治疗组27例。
