Hospital should help medical staff fit the changing fole between doctors and patients and establish correct doctor-patient relationship. Hospital should adopt correct operational strategies, restructure revenue components, reduce medical costs, prohibit harmful medical behavior. Hospital bylaws should be strictly carried out by education and punishment which provides strong warning to the regulation breakers. Hospital should strengthen the frontier clinical workforce and establish an effective logistic service system able to meet clinical needs so as to secure medical safety.

医院应要求医务人员主动适应医患之间&角色&的变化，建立正确的医患关系；树立正确的经营思想，调整医疗收入的结构，降低医疗成本，杜绝一切不正当的经营行为；抓规章制度的落实重在教育和处罚，对违纪者应起到强有力的威慑作用；切实加强临床一线力量，并建立与医院业务发展相匹配的后勤保障系统，从而确保医疗安全。

We choose 20 cases of fungal rhinosinusitis who were treated in our department between the year 2007.4 and 2008.4 as our study group and 5 cases of purely nasal septum deviation as control group. The 20 cases contain 19 cases of fungus ball and 1 case of chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis. Their age fluctuate from 19 to 80, and the average age is 51 . All of the 25 cases blood samples were taken to detect the 1-3-β-D glucosan with the kit produced by Beijing jinshanchuan technology company and under the MB—80 quickly microorganismal detection system.

采用北京金山川科技公司生产的试剂盒及MB—80微生物快速检测系统分别检测中国医科大学附属盛京医院耳鼻喉科于2007年4月至2008年2月经鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗，并经术后病理证实为真菌性鼻窦炎患者(19例为真菌球型，1例为慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎)的血液样品20例，患者年龄19岁—80岁，平均年龄51岁，采取中国医科大学附属盛京医院耳鼻喉科于2008年1月住院单纯鼻中隔偏曲患者的血液样品5例作为对照组，患者年龄16—56岁，平均年龄32岁(以上血样标本的采集患者均已签署知情同意书)。

Hoping to learn more about health care within hospitals, I volunteered at the University of North Carolina's Resident OB/GYN Clinic in the Women's Hospital.

为了能在医院学会更多关于医疗保健的知识，我在妇女医院的北卡罗来纳大学常驻OB/GYN诊所做了一名志愿者。

The results showed that sevoflurane was the most prevalent volatility halogenate anesthetics and had the highest concentration at sampling areas. All study hospitals exceeded the exposure limit for halogenate anesthetics (2ppm) recommended by NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health).The median level of N2O at the two medical centers was 1.87 ppm. Although regional hospitals seldom use N2O, its concentration was very high (median 120.85 ppm).

结果显示，Sevoflurane为使用最多之挥发性卤化麻醉剂，环境浓度亦最高，各医院均有高於NIOSH对於单一卤化麻醉剂暴露建议值(2ppm)的情形；医学中心笑气浓度之中位数为1.87 ppm，然区域医院虽极少使用笑气，环境中位数浓度高达120.85 ppm，有管路或开关阀泄漏之可能性。

The three main departments with high incidence were ICU,special aged patients ward and herbal medicine at second level hospital;neuro ICU,ICU,and hemopathy at third level hospital.
