Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 116 cases with hospital acquired respiratory tract infection by Haemophilus parainfluenzae during the period from Aug. 2002 to Jan. 2005 had been done. Used VITEK-60 microorganism autoanalysis system to appraise bacteria and its resistance against various antibiotics was carried out. Nirtocefin test was used to detect β-lactamase.

对2002年8月至2005年1月温州医学院附属第一医院住院的116例医院获得性副流感嗜血杆菌呼吸道感染的临床资料进行统计分析，对送检的痰或咽拭子标本用嗜血杆菌专用巧克力培养基进行分离培养，VITEK-60微生物自动分析系统进行鉴定以及药敏试验，用Nitrocefin纸片法测定被试菌的β-内酰胺酶。

The symptoms of limb paralysis of all the patients were slight and the muscular strengths were all above grade IV,which were improved obviously within one week.Then all the 186 cases were measured with adult intelligence table and multiple correlation analysis was done according to sex,age,job and education extent of patients and image characteristics.

In this study we have constructed the system using the methods including systemic analysis, brain storm and specialist consulting, etc on the basis of mastering the relative theories and methods and realizing the condition of key subject construction in military clinical medical colleges in PLA by reviewing the relative articles and archives and performing field surveys. Then we have applied the system to the evaluation of the construction of the fifteen key subjects in Changhai hospital, the First Military Clinical Medical College of the Second Military Medical University to test the properties of the system. We have employed several methods such as the Sum-Weighted and Rank-Sum Ratio to analyze the data and draw the conclusion of the evaluation.

本研究通过查阅文献资料，进行实地调研，在掌握重点学科建设及其评价的相关理论和研究方法，了解目前我军军队临床医学院重点学科建设基本情况的基础上，以现代管理系统理论为指导，综合运用系统分析法、头脑风暴法、专家咨询法、赋值统计迭代法等方法构建了军队临床医学院重点学科建设评价指标体系；并以该指标体系对第二军医大学附属第一临床医学院长海医院15个重点学科的建设情况进行实测，运用加权求和法、秩和比法等不同方法进行综合评价，分析评价结果，构建评判模型。

Methods We detected the adrenocorticotropic hormone and cortisol in the 37 SARS patients from April to June 2003,through the radio-immunity examination in the 9th and 12th month after SARS onset,and investigated the correlation between the levels of plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone , serum cortisol and the glucocorticoid usage.
