On the basis of twin-roll thin strip continuous casting experiments and solidification structure characteristic analysis of thin strip and combining with the simulation results of effects of technological parameters, the forming mechanism of solidification structure zone (especially equiaxed crystal zone) on 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel twin-roll thin strip was investigated.

在双辊薄带连铸实验和薄带凝固组织特征分析的基础上，结合对薄带凝固组织区的模拟预测结果，研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢双辊薄带凝固组织区的形成机理。结果表明：1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢双辊薄带凝固组织中的等轴晶区不但在凝固类型为半固态时形成，在轧制或理想型时也能形成。其形成机理为，熔池中悬浮游离晶体的沉积、聚集以及在枝晶生长前沿的长大和薄带离开二铸辊最小间隙后，薄带/空气界面换热系数骤然降低抑制了柱状枝品的生长，并促使薄带中部未凝固熔体中游离晶体的择优长大

The simulation floating zone modelwith zero temperature gradient in the middle of the hot rod is proposed to simulate thehalf part of the full floating zone convection,since the temperature gradient in the middleof a full floating zone approaches zero.

根据加热方式的不同，可以将半浮区液桥分为通常半浮区液桥模型、模拟半浮区模型以及改型半浮区模型。通常半浮区液桥模型，液桥热端材料一般选择为金属材料，使得热端温度分布均匀。液桥产生热毛细对流时，在液桥热端内侧存在较大的轴向温度梯度。而在全浮区热毛细对流中，浮区中间的轴向温度梯度在对称条件下应该接近于零。

The method includes establishing one reverse mapping list comprising list items; reading the mapping data recorded in the data block state list item area to the list items during system initialization; checking reverse mapping list and finding the data block in Flash memory during reading some logic block; and writing the updated data into the empty data area of one new data block, writing the mapping data between the new logic block and the new data block into the state list item area and updating the mapping data of the corresponding list item in the reverse mapping list during writing some logic blcok.

On the basis of Raman and FTIR spectra research on melt structure and water solubility mechanism in albite glasses, we can make the following conclusions:(1) Higher pressure (1bar-2. 0GPa) can lead to below frequency region (50-650cm〓) shift to higher frequency and become narrower, and result in high frequency region (850-1300cm〓) move to lower wave number and become narrower at the same time. These are consistent with the decrease of average T-O-T angle and distribution scope of bond angles (0). In addition, the intensity of 580cm〓 band decrease with increase of pressure and the changes are obvious while pressure is in the range of 0.8-1. 0GPa. And these result from the"collapse"of the planar three membered -containing rings within the glass structure.

通过对高温高压下钠长石熔体结构及水在钠长石熔体中溶解机制的Raman和FTIR光谱实验研究，可以得出以下结论：(1)随着压力升高(1bar-2.0GPa)NaAlSi〓O〓熔体玻璃Raman光谱的低频区(50-650cm〓)不断变窄并向高频方向移动，同时高频区(850-1300cm〓)不断变窄且向低频区方向移动，这表明随着压力升高T-O-T键角不断减小，并且分布范围变窄，T-O-T键角这种变化从而可使T-O键的力常数减小，导致键强减弱；另外，580cm〓谱峰强度随着压力升高不断减弱，并在0.8-1.0GPa时最为显著，这是由于在0.8-1.0GPa时包含的平面三元环结构的"垮塌"造成的。

Samples of the equilibrium solid phase in Rb_2SO_4-PEG4000-H_2O system at 25 ℃ analyzed by TGA showed that they consisted of anhydrous salt. Six zones were observed in the complete phase diagram. They are L, L+L, L+S, 2L+S and L+2S, respectively. The binodal curves were given using a four-parameter equation y = a + bx~(0.5)+cx+dx~2. The tie lines were correlated by the Othmer-Tobias and Bancroft equations.

同时我们用热重分析仪对Rb_2SO_4—PEG 4000—H_2O三元体系在25℃时的平衡固相进行分析，发现在实验研究的温度范围内，体系的平衡固相均为无水盐，且在体系的完整相图中，观察到六个相区，分别为L，L+L，L+S，2L+S和L+2S相区，即非饱和的单液相区，非饱和的双液相区，饱和的单液相区，饱和的双液相区和两种固相(Rb_2SO_4，PEG 4000)存在的饱和单液相区。

Microscope examination:in group A,at 2 weeks,a few inflamatory cells appeared in the holes with many osteoblasts and ostoid appeared around the drilled holes.At 8 weeks,marrow formed in the drilled holes in group B,at 2 weeks,there were a large amount of osteoblasts in the drilled holes and some ostoid formed around thc drilled holes.At 4 weeks,the drilled holes were full of trabeculae.At 8 weeks,the trabeculae matured with the marrow appeared in the intertrabecular space.

组织学结果：2周时A组钻孔区出现少许炎症细胞，边缘出现较多成骨细胞并有骨组织形成，至8周时，钻孔区内形成骨髓组织，只在边缘形成骨小梁结构。2周时B组钻孔区有大量的成骨细胞，边缘有较多骨组织形成，4周时钻孔区内充满重生骨小梁结构，8周时钻孔区内骨小梁成熟，小梁有骨髓组织填充。

试验结果表明：在工艺参数合适的条件下，加焊丝TIG焊和激光焊均能获得成形较好的焊接接头；TIG焊接头热影响区较宽，焊缝深宽比小，而激光焊时热影响区不明显，焊缝深宽比大；两种焊接方法所获得的焊缝区组织均为均匀的等轴晶，但激光焊时焊缝组织更细，从而使接头抗拉强度大幅度提高，达到母材的94%左右。

Because the direct roof of the No.92 ore-body is the backfilling of the No.91orebody which is the cementing materials or non-cementing materials, and there are no-filled mined-areas in someplace. So there are large-scale hidden troubles on the top of the No.92 slowly inclined large and thick ore-body, then we must find a new mining technology which aims at the complex mining condition of the No.92 ore-body. The cutting nature of the No.92 ore-body is very poor, so choosing the rational drilling and blasting parameters and enhancing the overall technological economic benefits are also the urgent problems waiting to be solved in the exploitation of the No.92 ore-body. The No.92 ore-body, thin lodes and the exploitation process of the No.91orebody influence each other, the geo-pressure phenomena aggravates obviously in case of the mined-areas increase constantly, and the geo-pressure problem will be more and more serious when the No.92 ore-body be exploited on a large scale in the next step.
