Comprehensive resource science can be furtherdivided into seven subdisciplines,similarly,departmentalresource science can be further divided intonine subdisciplines;as the pandect and application in specific area of resource science,academic resource science and regional resource science can be further divided respectively.A 3d-network system model of the discipline development on resource sciences is put forward.

资源科学的学科体系与分支学科主要包括理论资源学、综合资源学、部门资源学与区域资源学，其中，综合资源学可以续分为7个资源学科，部门资源学可以续分为9个资源学科；理论资源学作为资源科学通论，区域资源学作为资源科学在具体区域的实际应用，都可做出进一步续分；由此提出了资源科学学科体系发展的三维结构网络模式。

Segments of Adh gene in azuki bean (variety KS 5), covering an interval between partial intron 3 and intron 9, were amplified and sequenced with two pairs of primers. The result has proven the viability of using conserved sequences in a completely sequenced gene of one species to clone same gene in another species. In the comparison between Adh genes of azuki bean and pea, high sequence similarity (about 80%) in exon and long length difference (up to 116 bp) in intron were found. Besides, the edge regions of Adh introns with GT/AG counterparts and more conserved sequences than central regions was observed in both species.

利用两组引子对完成红豆(高雄5号)Adh基因之部分解序，其范围包括部分intron 3至intron 9之间的区域，也印证利用基因之已知保守序列可选殖另一物种之相同基因，红豆与豌豆之Adh基因序列比对结果显示两者之exon均较intron有较高之GC百分比(分别为41.0 ~ 48.7%及23.3 ~ 35.2%)，且两者在exon区域之DNA序列相似程度约80 %，而在intron区域中则有明显的序列差异存在(长度差异最高可达116 bp)，但是intron外侧序列均具有GT/AG组成且相对较中央序列具有保守性。

On the basis of sum-up and pectination to the domestic and foreign technology foresight situation at present and the research , this paper explicitly the concept of technology foresight, and centers on the frame system to spread: First, is research on the research on the theory of technology foresight; Secondly, is to unify the technology foresight and regional high/new-technology industry development, elaborate concretely various aspect questions which needs to be clear when the technology foresight method applied in the regional high/new-technology industry development; Third, is final establishment of the regional science and technology developmental programming based on the above technology foresight research.

本文在对国内外技术预见现状和研究进行总结梳理的基础上，明确技术预见的概念，并围绕以下框架体系展开：首先，是关于技术预见的理论研究；其次，是将技术预见与区域高新技术产业发展相结合，具体阐述技术预见方法应用于区域高新技术产业发展过程中需要明确的各方面问题；第三，是基于技术预见的区域科技发展规划的制定。

This dissertation summarizes all kinds of topological relationships and spatial operations, and uses the conception realms to design the data structure of spatial region objects, and devises the red、blue planar graph algorithm, and makes use of red and blue sweep-line algorithm to implement the spatial topological analysis operations on layers of region objects. At the end, further works and improvements are presented.

文章着重描述了获得污染气体柱密度的差分吸收光谱方法以及区域内污染气体净排放通量的计算方法，并构建了车载被动DOAS系统对北京市五环路以内区域的SO2和NO2排放进行外场测量，测得了该区域内SO2和NO2净排放通量分别为1.13×104和9.3×103 kg·h-1。

The main conclusions indicated that NDVI values seemed to be turning up in the area during recent 22 years (1982—2003). That suggested the vegetation cover was improved in Guizhou. The NDVI increased in the spring and autumn and decreased in the summer and winter. The spring made the largest vegetation contribution in all seasons. Vegetation cover was different from the area and the variation was positive in the central area but negative around the edges of Guizhou.

结果表明：22年来，研究区植被覆盖呈增加趋势，表明贵州省植被生态环境向好的方向发展；贵州省平均植被覆盖在春季和秋季呈上升趋势，夏季和冬季呈下降趋势，其中春季对植被覆盖总变化量的贡献最大；植被覆盖程度增减因区域不同而异，变化程度呈增加的区域主要位于贵州省的中部地区；变化程度呈减小的区域分布在贵州省的四周边缘。
