Mechanisms of heat affected zone liquation and liquation cracking in GH150 alloy were investigated by using varestraint test and hot ductility test in conjunction with the differential thermal analysis and optical, scanning electron microsopy. On heating,γ/C liquation take places in the HAZ above 1250℃. When the temperature reaches 1353- 1375℃, a large amount of liquid particles due to initial melting can be observed within the grains near the fusion boundary. On cooling,γ/C eutectic and γ/ Laves phase eutectic take place at 1273 and 1200℃ respectively.

The results show that a difficult-sheared region exists in the vicinity of the inner corner of the die channel; a dead zone at the outer corner of the die channel and obvious uniform shear deformation at the middle region of sample during ECAE processing are formed. The less-sheared regions caused by friction resistance are observed at lower and top parts, which are symmetric and gradually extend to the inner part along the sample longness. The less-sheared region percentage increases with ECAE processing.

In addition, effects of weld heat input on microstructure and performance of the weldjoints are analyzed. The test results indicate that by controlling weld heat input about 16kJ/cm and practicingmulti-layer weld process, the coarse austenitic grains in the weld metal and lumpish ferrite in the heat affectedzone can be avoided so that the microstructure and performance of the weld joints can be ensured.

On the basis of Raman and FTIR spectra research on melt structure and water solubility mechanism in albite glasses, we can make the following conclusions:(1) Higher pressure (1bar-2. 0GPa) can lead to below frequency region (50-650cm〓) shift to higher frequency and become narrower, and result in high frequency region (850-1300cm〓) move to lower wave number and become narrower at the same time. These are consistent with the decrease of average T-O-T angle and distribution scope of bond angles (0). In addition, the intensity of 580cm〓 band decrease with increase of pressure and the changes are obvious while pressure is in the range of 0.8-1. 0GPa. And these result from the"collapse"of the planar three membered -containing rings within the glass structure.
