This thesis establishes constrained motion model and sensor model of a mobile robot to represent mobility and perceptivity, respectively, and defines the k step reachable region to describe the states that the robot may reach. We show that the calculation of the k step reachable region can be reduced from that of 2k reachable regions with the fixed motion styles to k + 1 such regions, and provide an algorithm for its calculation.

首先建立了移动机器人约束运动模型和传感器模型用于描述机器人的移动和感知，给出了可达区定义，即机器人在有限步内可能到达的区域，在此基础上证明了在k步不同运动模式下多达2k个可达区的计算可以降为k+1个可达区的计算，并提出了k步可达区由k+1个扇形组成的计算算法。

Although both of FDRMADS7 and FDRMADS8 wereexpressed in the root, they have different expression pattern.The transcripts of FDRMADS7 weredetected throughout the root,especially the expression in the root meristem was the highest.However,the expression of FDRMADS8 was mainly localized in elongation and mature rigion.No apparent expression signal was detected in the root cap, root meristem and pericycle cells.

虽然FDRMADS7和FDRMADS8都在根中表达，但它们在根中的表达模式也不相同：FDRMADS7在根中到处表达，尤以生长点处表达量最高；而FDRMADS8在伸长区和根毛区的皮层中有大量表达，在根冠，根尖分生区和根毛区的中柱鞘细胞中却无明显表达，暗示它们在根中行使的功能也不相同。

Base on above studies, some conclusions were obtained as follows:(1) ore-forming background of the studied ferromanganese crusts are mainly controlled by intensity of Antarctic Bottom Waters and variations of material source;(2) it is confirmed that the ferromanganese crusts are mainly hydrogenetic and their composition are affected by volcanic and continental material simultaneously; there are no obvious phosphatization reconstruction and element reaction occurred in them, so they have important paleoceanological significance;(3) from researches on element occurrence modes in the new-type ferromanganese crusts and the lying sediments, it is proposed that there is no great biological affection on the crusts formation and their composition mainly came from the adsorptive action of the ferromanganese oxides in them;(4) two major types of ore-controlling factors are identified through compilation of ore-controlling factors, which are geological and oceanic factors;(5) considering the long-term variation trends of the crusts composition, combing the U-series and 10Be isotope dating results, it is proposed that the ore-forming processes of ferromanganese crusts in the studied areas can be divided into three major stages (5.6~2.8 Ma, 2.8~2.7 Ma and since 2.7 Ma), and then the activities of AABW since the Late Miocene, changes of input flux coming from volcanic and continental material are confirmed.

通过研究，得出如下结论：(1)研究区铁锰结壳的成矿背景主要受控于南极底流强弱及物源供给的变化；(2)证实铁锰结壳主要为水成成因，同时其物质组成也受一定程度的火山和陆源物质的影响；结壳自形成以来没有遭受到明显的磷酸盐化等成岩后期改造和元素再迁移，具有重要的古海洋学意义；(3)通过新型铁锰结壳及下伏沉积物元素赋存状态的研究，认为生物作用对研究区结壳的形成并没有很大的直接影响，其物质成分主要来自于结壳中铁锰氧化物的吸附作用；(4)在控矿要素的研究中，归纳出了地质与海洋两大类结壳控矿要素；(5)根据结壳成分长周期变化趋势，结合铀系和10Be测年结果，将研究区结壳的形成过程划分为三个主要阶段(5.6~2.8 Ma，2.8~2.7 Ma和2.7 Ma以来)，并确定了晚中新世以来研究区南极底流的活动情况、火山和大陆来源物质输入量的变化。

Furthermore,in order to obtain the best energy saving,Sushi Jet has three independent heat chambers of temperature control ,each of which can be set whether to work or not in the production run according to the operational method of screen printing and identity of ink .Testing data shows that it only needs to open two sets of heat chambers when drying water- based binder under 120 ℃,and the average energy consumption costs is only 10 yuan / hour. In the plastisol ink drying process,the cost of the average energy consumption is less than 25 yuan / hour with opening three groups.

另外，Sushi Jet型燃气炉具备三组独立控温的烘区可根据印花工艺、油墨原料特性减少开启烘区，从而达到最佳节能效果，经检验数据表明在烘干水性普通胶浆时，仅需开启两组烘区。120℃下平均能耗成本，仅为10元/小时，热固油墨的烘干过程，在开启三组烘区，160℃下的平均能耗成本低于25元/小时。

Results Of 61 cases, 4 cases (7%) in center 3 mm zone of cornea had mean thickness:(0.439±0.071) mm and polar distance:(3.108±0.904) nun; 8 cases (13%) in 3~5 mm zone had T:(0.328±0.088) mm and p:(3.108±0.904) mm; 28 cases (46%) in 5~7 mm zone had T:(0.320±0.093) mm and p:(3.233±0.381) mm; 21 cases (34%) in 7~9 mm zone had T:(0.340±0.128) mm and p:(3.756±0.539) mm; 61 cases (100%) in 0~9 mm zone had T:(0.336±0.112) mm and p:(3.108±0.904) mm.

结果 61例角膜最薄点平均厚度为(0.336±0.112)mm且平均极距为(3.108±0.904)mm；其中最薄点分布，角膜中央3mm区4例(7%)T为(0.439±0.071)mm且p为(3.108±0.904)mm；角膜3~5mm区8例(13%)T为(0.328±0.088)mm且p为(3.108±0.904)mm；角膜5~7mm区28例(46%)T为(0.320±0.093)mm且p为(3.233±0.381)mm；角膜7~9mm区21例(34%)T为(0.340±0.128)mm且p为(3.756±0.539)mm。

We selected 15 representative floras from different climatic zones from north to south, and did DCA ordination between the Reserve flora and them. It showed that both spermatophyte flora and pteridophyte flora of the Reserve were more close to some southern floras, which located in much lower latitudes.

将之与我国不同气候带15代表性地点的植物区系进行DCA排序，发现其种子植物区系与蕨类植物区系组成都与更低纬度的一些区系更相近，表现出强烈的热带残遗性和亲缘性。

本研究结果在1公尺的空间尺度下并没有发现附苗强化现象，但是礁区的附苗密度却如预期低於砂区，推测可能是1公尺空间尺度内幼生数量过於不均匀，相差5倍的附苗板面积不足以造成幼生附苗密度的变异，而礁区与砂区则由於面积相差相当大因此可以发现附苗强化现象。
