Compared with the method of traditional silica gel column chromatography, this method has characteristics such as: experiment period is short, dissipation of organic dissolvent is little, yield of produced product is high, and purity coefficient is fine and so on. Isoquercitrin produced by this invention can be provided for medicine research or used as chemistry control article.
