合成气一步法制二甲醚是近年来开发的一种新技术，相对于传统的两步法合成工艺，即先合成甲醇再脱水制二甲醚，合成气一步法合成二甲醚因其热力学上的有利性和经济上的合理性，成为C1化学研究的一个热点。

The most parts of thesis as follows:1. Five symmetrical intra-molecular charge transfer oligomeric phenylene vinylene light emitting materials were designed and synthesized using oligomeric phenylene vinylene as a framework.2. The structures of target molecule were characterized by ~1HNMR,~(13)CNMR, IR, MS and element analysis.3. In order to study the influence of the location and numbers of electron-donor and electron-acceptor on their photoelectric performance by changing length of OPV chain, the UV spectra and fluorescence spectra of target compounds has been compared. We have researched into main factors effecting on material emitting red-shift; organic electroluminescence device was prepared using the compound P4. The capability of eletroluminescence was researched.4. The photoelectric properties of P4 was explained by quantum chemical calculation (the Gaussian 98 quantum chemistry program). It is greatly contributed know the whole process of charge transfer to guide the design of red emitters.

本文研究的内容主要包括以下部分：(1)设计并合成5个对称的以齐聚苯乙烯类为骨架的分子内电荷转移型齐聚苯乙烯类发光材料；(2)通过IR，MS，~1H-NMR，~(13)C-NMR和元素分析对所合成的目标化合物进行表征；(3)通过对目标化合物的紫外光谱和荧光光谱比较分析，研究改变OPV的长度，电子给体和电子受体的位置及数量对其光电性能的影响，探讨材料发射红移的主要因素；选取性能良好的目标化合物P4制备成OELD器件，对其电致发光性能进行研究；(4)运用Gaussian98量子化学程序包，采用量子化学方法对目标化合物P4的光电性能从理论加以解释，进一步认识荷移跃迁的整个过程，为红光材料的设计加以指导。

Methods: A 5ml bone marrow was extracted from the lilac of human volunteers. By Percoll fluid and density gradient centrifugation, the MSC was obtained; after the cells filled the bottom of vessel, subcultured them, when they subculture in third generation, redigested them, 500 R/min centrifugate, alter the completed medium to chemical definition medium, examined the form change and prolifration of cells by invert microscope, toluidine blue stain、immunocytochemical stain and RT-PCR to test the type Ⅱ collagen mRNA and proteoglycan.

取健康成人髂后上棘处骨髓5ml，经percoll液分离后密度梯度离心，〓／ml密度接种培养，观察原代细胞的贴壁、增殖状况，细胞长满瓶底后进行传代培养；传至第三代细胞，重新消化后以500转／分钟轻度离心5分钟，〓／ml接种，改用化学限定培养基代替完全培养基培养，倒置显微镜观察细胞生长情况及形态变化，甲苯胺蓝染色观察诱导细胞合成细胞外基质中的蛋白多糖，免疫细胞化学染色检测ECM中Ⅱ胶原的蛋白合成，RT-PCR鉴定诱导细胞Ⅱ胶原mRNA的表达。

The aim are:lTo examine the proliferation ability and potential chondroblast differentiation ;2To find an ideal condition stimulated BMSC differentiate into chondroblast;3To examine the chondroblast proliferation in porous scaffolds and to explore the interaction between cells and materials;4To examine the release of cytokine in vitro.

取健康成人略后上棘处骨髓 5ml，经 percoll液分离后密度梯度离心，10'砌l密度接种培养，观察原代细胞的贴壁、增殖状况，细胞长满瓶底后进行传代培养；传至第三代细胞，重新消化后以500转／分钟轻度离心 5分钟，10V加 l接种，改用化学限定培养基代替完全培养基培养，倒置显微镜观察细胞生长情况及形态变化，甲苯胺蓝染色观察诱导细胞合成细胞外基质QCM）中的蛋白多糖，免疫细胞化学染色检测ECM中＊胶原的蛋白合成，RT干CR鉴定诱导细胞＊胶原mRNA的表达。

Despite evidence implicating prostaglandins as critical factor in male reproductive functions, little is known about expression and function of COX-2 in the male reproductive system. By using immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR and Western-blot, the content of this research included:(1) The expression and localization of COX-2 in mature rat and human testis were examined.(2) We investigated the changes of spermatogenesis and testosterone levels in testis after by using the COX-2 specific inhibitor-rofecoxib at 2, 4 and 8 weeks.(3) To explore the relationship between the intratesticular level of testosterone and expression of COX-2 by completely destroying the Leydig cells of mature male rats with injection of a single I.

本课题应用免疫组织化学、RT-PCR和Western-blot等方法检测以下内容：(1)在mRNA和蛋白水平检测正常成年男性及大鼠睾丸组织中COX-2的表达及定位情况；(2)实验组大鼠持续给予COX-2酶的特异性抑制剂Rofecoxib，分别于用药后2周、4周和8周检测大鼠的精子生成以及睾丸组织内睾酮浓度的变化；(3)另一组实验大鼠给予特异性Leydig细胞灭活剂EDS，在特定时间内抑制睾丸组织内合成的睾酮，于用药后2周和4周，采用免疫组织化学及RT-PCR方法观察大鼠睾丸组织内睾酮浓度变化对COX-2合成的影响。

Considering the functions of metal-organic frameworks and the synthesis conditions, we designed and synthesized six metal-organic frameworks based on rare earths by choosing multidentate organic carboxylate ligand, H3CTC, and using mild solvent vapor conditions.

In order to study novel polyquinolines for their applications in the fields of electroluminescent devices and chemosensors, we synthesize polyquinolines containing phenylamine moiety for single-layer LEDs; moreover, we synthesize polyquinolines with different molecular structures to investigate their properties as fluorescent chemosensors.
