In the light of looking up -finishing-inquiring into the literature,The subject ntegratedly applied the knowledge of botany and phytotomy and Authentication of Chinese Medicines and the experimental technology to study taxonomy and anatomy of Cornus chinense Wanger and its kindred plant.To combine the knowledge of natural medicinal chemistry instrumental analysis,pharmaceutical analysis and experimental technique,Glycosides chemical components of Cornus chinense Wanger and its kindred plant were qualitatively analysised by using TLC.

以文献查阅-整理-调查为基础，综合运用植物学、植物解剖学、中药鉴定学知识与实验技术对川鄂山茱萸及其近缘植物进行分类学处理与解剖学研究，结合天然药物化学、仪器分析、药物分析等学科的知识与实验技术，用TLC定性分析川鄂山茱萸及其近缘植物的苷类化学组分；用HPLC测定川鄂山茱萸不同器官、细胞组织、果实不同采集期的熊果酸、马钱苷的含量并进行色谱条件优化。

We choose the seeds of pinaceae and taxodeaceae as research material of tree classification.

The difference of male and female Pistacia Vera were compared and analyzed through treating with chemical reagent, surveying the morphology, RAPD techniques, analyzing the chromosome and comparing the band pattern of isoenzyme. The following results and conclusions were drawn:The leaves of male and female Pistacia Vera were treated respectively with chemical reagent. The sexes were identified quickly and efficiently through different color and precipitate reaction among them. The difference is significant.

本文采用化学药剂处理、形态学观察、RAPD技术、染色体压片分析及同工酶谱带分析等方法分别进行了阿月浑子的雌、雄株差异性比较分析，得出如下结论：(1)采用化学药剂分别处理阿月浑子雌雄株叶部提取液，通过不同的颜色反应和沉淀反应可以快速而有效地鉴别雌雄株，并且差异显著。

用高温平衡电导法研究了未掺杂铅酸钡(BaPbO3)陶瓷的缺陷化学，确定了未掺杂BaPbO3材料的缺陷化学模型，同时，从BaPbO3材料的缺陷结构的角度讨论了热处理气氛对材料室温电导率的影响。

Results: Two of them may contain the same chemical component patterns, polyose, acid tannic, phenols, organic acid, flavonoids, anthraquinone, cardiac glycoside, triterpenoids and its saponin etc.

The time of the pedogenic process was in the last ice age, therefore this area was colder and drier in climate and lower in sea level than today. The main chemical process in the soil was oxidation, a period of the formation of oxide minerals such as limonite. With the deposition and covering of the marine facies layer in the postglacial period, the soil turned into diagenetic process. Consequently the chemical process in the soil was dominated by reduction and this process was the main development period for nodules of iron-manganese carbonate to form.

成土期处于末次冰期低海面、气候寒冷干燥期，土壤的化学过程是以氧化作用为主，是褐铁矿等氧化性矿物形成时期；冰后期海相层的沉积覆盖使土壤层进入成者阶段，土壤层的化学过程以还原作用为主，成岩过程是铁锰碳酸盆结核的主要生成期。

The RE of TP, COD and turbidity except NH4+-N in the aeration process by adding AS and PAM for enhanced chemical phosphorus removal increased by 7.3~59.2%, 5.0~20.3% and 10.9~34.7%, respectively. Given enough dissolved oxygen, the nitrification was not affected by adding AS and PAM in the dosage range of the study. The RE of TP, COD and turbidity by postpose coagulation were better than by simultaneous coagulation, however, coagulation and sedimentation equipments were needed in postpose coagulation process. Therefore simultaneous coagulation was more suitable for transformation of AB process for chemically enhanced phosphorus removal.

曝气过程中投加AS和PAM复配化学强化除磷，总磷、COD、浊度去除率分别提高了7.3～59.2%、5.0～20.3%、10.9～34.7%，但不能提高氨氮的去除率；在溶解氧足够时，本研究投加量范围的AS和PAM的加入对硝化作用无影响；后置混凝对TP、COD、浊度的去除效果优于同步混凝，但需增加混凝沉淀设备，因此同步混凝更适合于于AB工艺的化学强化除磷改造。
