In this thesis, we did modifications of alkyl groups upon benzyl fluorophosphonate. In order to study the influence of alkyl length and steric effect on activity and selectivity of probes, we synthesized benzyl fluorophosphonate recognition heads with modifications including ethyl, butyl, octyl and cyclohexyl. By way of connecting different kinds of tag like azido group, biotin and rhodamine with recognition heads separately through a higher hydrophilic ethylene glycol derived linker, a series of benzyl fluorophosphonate probes were made up. And they will apply to various biological testing strategies.

在本论文中，我们以苯甲基氟化磷酸酯为基础，於其上进行一系列烷基之修饰，为了探讨烷基长度与空间立体性质对於探针活性及选择性的影响，我们合成了包含乙烷基、丁烷基、辛烷基以及环己烷基修饰的苯甲基氟化磷酸酯辨识端，并藉由具较高亲水性的聚乙二醇衍生连接桥结合三种不同的发报端，分别有叠氮基团、生物素及萤光基团来构成不同的化学探针组合，这一系列苯甲基氟化磷酸酯类化学探针将可被应用於不同的生物测试策略。

The chemical weathering index, K/Na ratio, eluvial coefficientand A-CN-K diagram , can availably indicate the evolution of pedogenic environment. The A-CN-K and CIA-K/Na diagram showed that the Holocene paleosol was in the primary stage of weathering, which K-feldspar went through weak weathering and K was less leached with much leach of Ca and Na. The intensity of weathering went stronger gradually from west to east in the Weihe Valley.

对化学风化指数、K/Na比值、残积系数等化学综合参数的研究结果显示，各项地球化学参数可有效指示成壤环境与成壤强度；从A-CN-K风化趋势图和CIA-K/Na比较图中可知，渭河流域三个剖面风化程度最高的全新世古土壤基本处于同一风化阶段，即脱Ca、Na，尚未到达脱K的阶段，还是风化较弱的初级阶段，但三者的风化程度是存在差异的，风化程度XJN剖面最低，JYC-N剖面最高，ETC剖面介于其中，说明渭河流域自西北向东南风化程度逐渐增强。

The results show that, by the way of optimizing preparation condition, the spherical zirconia powders with suitable particle size distribution are prepared using chemical precipitation method. Using heterogeneous chemical precipitation coating technique, the sph, erical nickel coated zirconia powders are prepared and the heterogeneous nucleation can be done on the surface of spherical zirconia powders. The thickness of coated layer, homogeneous degree and crack of surface can be controlled by the way of controlling powder concentration, adding rate of reactants feeding and adding surface active agent.
