According to logging results of 167 boreholes and chemical analyses of 24 369 samples as well as characteristics of element distribution at 4000 m, 3950 m and 3900 m levels, the deposit is characterized by alteration, mineralization and element geochemistry of the porphyry. Alteration and mineralization are spatially and temporally related to the augen quartz phenocryst-bearing hornblende-quartz diorite porphyrite (J3δομ).

根据167个勘探钻孔编录和化学分析（24369件化学分析样品）资料，以及对海拔4000m、3950m、3900m水平面的Cu、Au、Ag、Mo、Mn、Pb、Zn、W、K、Na、Ca、Rb元素分布规律的分析，显示矿体具有斑岩型矿床的蚀变、矿化以及元素地球化学特征，主要矿化和围岩蚀变在时间上和空间上均与含眼球状石英斑晶的角闪石英闪长玢岩(J3δομ)有关。

In order to test the theorical results, we designed and carried the experiment to validate it. Then, we found that both chrysin and baicalein cound be directly oxidized by potassium permanganate in acid system.

Two polysiloxanes (SR2 and P67) and one polycarbosilane were chosen as preceramic polymers. TG-DTA-MS, FT-IR, XRD,〓Si MAS-NMR, SEM, TEM, SAD, HREM, chemical analysis and density measurement techniques were used to study the cross-linking and pyrolysis mechanisms of the preceramic polymers. The development of chemical composition and structure, density, phase composition and microstructure of the solid pyrolyzed products during pyrolysis process were systematically investigated. While pyrolysis temperature approached 1000℃, ceramization process of the preceramic polymers almost completed, and ceramic yield of the preceramic polymers hardly changed any more.

选取了两种聚硅氧烷（SR2和P67）和一种聚碳硅烷作为聚合物先驱体，利用TG-DTA-MS、FT-IR、XRD、〓SiMAS-NMR、SEM、TEM、SAD、HREM以及化学成分分析、密度测量等手段，研究了聚合物先驱体的固化机理；以N〓为热解气氛，系统地考察了各种聚合物先驱体在热解过程中，其热解产物的化学成分和结构、密度、相组成及显微结构的演变规律。

Results Trunk neural crest stem cells were successfully isolated and cultured. The immuocytochemcal result showed that the cells were nestin-and P75-positive. Trunk neural crest stem cells grew through adhering to chitosan fiber after inoculation. Under an electon microscope, the spindle-shaped trunk neural crest stem cells were proliferated and migrated along the fiber. The cells arranged side by side or linked by heads and tails in processes. The ends of S-100 positive cells were flat and expanded, adhering to the fiber as claw-shaped pseudopodium.

结果 采用神经管植块法培养的神经嵴干细胞，免疫细胞化学染色呈现nestin及P75双阳性，将其接种在壳聚糖纤维支架材料上，可见神经嵴干细胞贴附于壳聚糖纤维上生长；S-100免疫细胞化学染色显示，S-100阳性细胞突起的末端呈扁平状膨大；扫描电镜显示，壳聚糖纤维上的躯干神经嵴干细胞为梭形，呈现"端对端"、"肩并肩"排列，伸出爪形伪足贴附于壳聚糖纤维上。
