According to X-ray structure analysis, hydrogen bonds and n-n stocking interactions participate in the architecture of three-dimensional framework [H2L1 (NO3)2 (H2O)2]n; one-dimensional zigzag coordination polymer [Hgl21.5CH3OH]n; binuclear metallamacrocycle (HgI2L2)2 3H2O; helical double-stranded one-dimensional coordination polymer [Co2(L2)2-2CH3OH]n; double-stranded one-dimensional coordination polymer [Co2(L3)2-CH3OH-CH3CN]n; and three-dimensional compound [Cu(C5H4NCOO)2(H2O)2]-H2O with hydrogen bonds, three-dimensional coordination polymer {[Cd(C5H6NCOO)2H2O]-DMF}n, which are indirectly obtained from the precursor ligand L3 through metal ion induced the hydrolysis of diamide and self-assembled with the hydrolyzate.

The changes in phase structure and Curie temperature of the Sm2Fe17 compound after nitrogen absorption were studied by using X-ray diffraction, differential thermal/thermo-gravimetric analyzer and magnetic measurement. The results of X-ray diffraction showed that the diffraction peaks of the Sm2Fe17 compound shifted toward lower angle after nitrogen absorption, and the characteristic peaks of α-Fe were observed. This showed that the unit cell of Sm2Fe17 expanded, the compound was decomposed to a certain extent and the characteristic peaks of α-Fe appeared.

A new technology, Supercritical Fluid CO_2 Extraction, was also supplied to study the plant. The technological parameter was optimal. Total extract of SFE-CO_2 were 4.86 times of the essential oil extracted by SDE, main active extracted constituents were 1.36% high than SDE. The chemical constituents of SFE-CO_2 were also analyzed by GC-MS. 57 constituents were identified, 29 constituents of them were first discovered. 24 constituents were discovered in two extract. Fingerprint is a good technology to elevate the quality of herb medicine. The main active fraction can be extracted by SDE and SFE, Fingerprint was studied respective, chromatographic parameter was acquired. 22 peaks were assigned common peaks in the spectrum of essential oil, 17 peaks were assigned to common peaks in the spectrum of SFE extract.

The chemical constituents of Huperzia serrata Trev. are mainly flavonoids, triterpenoids and alkaloids. In order to get further comprehension of lycopodium alkaloids, we studied the low-polar section of the alkaloids extraction of Huperzia serrata and 19 alkaloids were isolated by ways of silica gel, RP-18 and Sephadex LH-20 etc. All of their structures, including five new compounds and two known ones that were firstly found from this genus, were elucidated with the help of Mass, IR, NMR spectra and so on. The five new alkaloids (HS-07, HS-08, HS-09, HS-10 and HS-11) are belonged to lycopodine class. The other two ones that were new to this genus (HS-18 and HS-19) are belonged to miscellaneous group.

In order to study the influence of the location and numbers of electron-donor and electron-acceptor on their photoelectric performance by changing length of OPV chain, the UV spectra and fluorescence spectra of target compounds has been compared. We have researched into main factors effecting on material emitting red-shift; organic electroluminescence device was prepared using the compound P4. The capability of eletroluminescence was researched.4. The photoelectric properties of P4 was explained by quantum chemical calculation (the Gaussian 98 quantum chemistry program). It is greatly contributed know the whole process of charge transfer to guide the design of red emitters.
