A new technique for selective plugging and acidizing oil wells is presented based on the principle of temporary plugging and acidizing in which selective plugging agent is first injected to block high permeable zones, then acid is injected to acidize low perlmeable and contaminated ones.

针对暂堵酸化技术存在的问题，提出了一种油井选堵酸化的新技术，即在注酸前注入选堵剂封堵高渗透水层，然后注入酸液以酸化低渗透层和污阻部位。研制了符合最终堵水不堵油要求的选堵剂，描述了这一新技术的机理。通过模拟试验，考察了新型选堵剂的选堵效果、封堵强度及酸化转向率等。

Results (1) The degrees of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis of the model group was increased remarkably on day 7,14,28 compared with the control group (P.05), The expression of TNF-α, TGF-β1, FN protein of model group on day 7, 14, 28 was remarkably increased compared with the control group (P.05);(2)The degrees of fibrosis and the expression of TNF-α, TGF-β1 , FN protein are decreased significantly in Group B compared with Group A( P.05) but not significantly in Group C.

结果：(1)模型组肺泡炎、肺纤维化程度都明显重于对照组，肺泡炎、肺纤维化第7、14、28d差异显著(P＜0.05)；TNF-α、TGF-β_1、FN蛋白表达明显上调(P＜0.01)；(2)治疗组B组第7、14、28d肺泡炎、肺纤维化程度较模型组明显减轻，TNF-α、TGF-β_1、FN蛋白表达明显下调(P＜0.05)：(3)治疗组C组第28d肺泡炎、肺纤维化程度与模型组相似，TNF-α、TGF-β_1、FN蛋白表达与A组比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。

The results show that the samples exposed to the air previously for 24 h can be passivated automatically in acetic acid solution with Cl- with the corrosion potential remaining 100mV.No such phenomenon was observed for samples which were cathodically polarized with the corrosion potential stabilizing at a value of -242±3mv. The passive film formed by anodically polarizing is more proof than formed in the air.

研究还发现：在空气中放置24小时后的试样在Cl-醋酸溶液中能自钝化，自腐蚀电位为100mv；经阴极极化后的试样在Cl-醋酸溶液中不能自钝化，其自腐蚀电位为-242±3mv；经阳极极化形成的钝化膜比在空气中自然形成的钝化膜更致密。

In part one, the reactions of some active fluorine-containing compounds such as 2, 2-dihydropolyfluoroalkanoic acids and ethyl 2-hydropolyfluoroalkenoates were studied and various fluorine-containing heterocyclic compounds were synthesized. Using 2, 2-dihydropolyfluoroalkanoic acids as the starting material, 4-fluoroalkyl quinolin-2-ols, 2- [ -1-hydropolyfluoro-1-alkenyl] -4H-3, 1-benzoxazin-4-ones, 1-aryl -4, 9-dihydro-3-fluoro-alkyl-1H-pyrazo [3, 4-b] quinolin-4-ones, 5-fluoroalkyl-12H-quin olino [2, 1-b] quinazolin-12-ones, 4-fluoroalkyl-1, 3-dihydro-1, 5-benzodiazepin-2-ones and 4-fluoroalkyl-2H-pyrido [1, 2-a] pyrimidin-2-ones were synthesized through its condensation reaction with anilines, anthranilic acid, N'-aryl-o-aminobenzamides, o-nitro aniline, o-amino pyridine and their derivatives and the subsequent transformations. 5-Fluoroalkyl isoxazolidines, 3-fluoro-3-fluoroalkylisoxazolidino [4, 3-c] quinolin-4-ones, 3-fluoroalkylisoxazolino [4, 3-c] quinolin-4-ones and 2-aryl-3per fluoroacylindoles were synthesized by inter-and intramolecular 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition of fluorine-containing olefins and nitrones.

第二部分，我们研究了α，α-二氟苄基卤类化合物的亚磺化脱卤反应、产物的转化及全氟烷基亚磺酸盐与芳环化合物的全氟烷基化反应，发现全氟苄基碘或溴及α，α一二氟苄基溴在保险粉等亚磺化脱卤试剂引发下可生成相应的亚磺酸盐；全氟苄基亚磺酸盐与氯气或溴反应可生成全氟苄基磺酰氯或磺酰溴；在烯烃存在下，全氟苄基碘则与烯烃发生加成反应，生成相应的1：1加成产物；在三价醋酸锰的作用下，部分芳香化合物如茴香醚，二甲氧基苯，吡啶，喹啉等可以和过量的全氟烷基亚磺酸盐发生双全氟烷基化反应，反应表现出一定的区域选择性，产率良好。

IR analysis indicated that both of the results were accorded with their standards IR spectrum and that the products of alkylation and animation were polyisobutylene succinic anhydride and ashless dispersant TEPA.

通过烃化产物和胺化产物的红外光谱分析，并分别与其标准谱图对照比较，看出产物红外谱图与标准谱图相符，可以确认烃化产物和胺化产物即为聚异丁烯丁二酸酐和聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂。

However, analysis of DNA methylation level indicated that the total DNA methylation levels were not significantly different between diploid and autotetraploid. Autotriploid showed a trend of low DNA methylation level. It implied that the alterations of DNA methylation levels were not linear with the autopolyploidy level in watermelon.

The results show that the optimum solvent for the bromization reaction and the optimum oxidant for the formolation reaction of the target product were carbon tetrachloride and ceric ammonium nitrate, and their yields were 86.7% and 89.3% respectively.
