The results display the numbers of cysticercosis disease cases took the largelt propootion.and the second was ascarid diseases patient in 5 051 parasitic disease cases.The most number of these parasitic disease patients was farmers,followed by students.4 546 of cysticercosis disease case mainly come from Dali bai national.Hydatid disease brouglt the severe uarm to the patients.

结果对云南省5051例寄生虫病例的回顾性调查显示，囊虫病患者最多，其次为蛔虫病，农民和学生患者占回顾性病例的多数，4546例囊虫病例主要来自大理白族，寄生虫病所致的机体损伤和经济负担以包虫病最为严重。
