结果对云南省5051例寄生虫病例的回顾性调查显示，囊虫病患者最多，其次为蛔虫病，农民和学生患者占回顾性病例的多数，4546例囊虫病例主要来自大理白族，寄生虫病所致的机体损伤和经济负担以包虫病最为严重。
