OBJECTIES:: We report our obserations after Galanthus nialis affinity purification of recombinant HI enelope proteins (CHO gp120/140/160) deried from subtypes B/A and using these purified proteins as antigens in ELISA assays (against subtype C induced antibodies).

实验对象：来自B/A亚型的重组HI包膜蛋白（CHO gp120/140/160）经GN亲合纯化后，然后在ELISA试验中将这些纯化的蛋白作为抗原。

Other unusual cases may be associated with pneumopericardium, subcutaneous emphysema, splenic abscess, tension pneumothorax, gastropleural fistula, gastrobronchial fistula, gastropancreatic fistula, gastroenteral fistula, and penetration into the heart and aorta.

其它不常见的包括：心包膜腔积气、皮下气肿、脾脏脓疡、张力性气胸、胃肋膜腔唱管、胃支气管唱管、胃胰脏唱管、胃肠道间唱管以及造成心脏或主动脉穿孔。

The tumors were lobulated in shape and appeared as iso-or slight high density in comparion with gyri on CT.

MRI见5个病灶境界清楚，信号不均匀，实质部分T1WI呈等或略低信号，T2WI呈等或略高信号。5例病灶边缘见类包膜样改变，T2WI呈略低信号；轻微水肿5个病灶。3个周围可见血管流空。

上腹部实质性脏器钝性伤CT征象阳性主要有：（1）实质内片状或条带状低密度灶；（2）&哨兵血块征&；（3）包膜下新月形血肿；（4）腹腔积血征。

Tumors showed homogeneous signal intensity on SE TlWI and heterogeneously high signal intensity on T2WI.

MRI在SE的T1WI上表现为等肌肉信号，T2WI上表现为不均匀高信号，部分病例可见假包膜改变。

Results: All the flushed rabbits had the change of urinary albumin, the difference of urinary albumin was of statistical significance between the before and the first day after treatment(P.01), statistic the differences of urinary albumin in the first day after treatment among groups have prominent significance(P.05). They have gotten back in the 3th, 4th, 5th, 6th day compared with the aggravated intrapelvic pressure. The histomorphometry showed that the kidney had become larger than before after flushed, parts of the kidney have effusion, they are sixteen in nineteen have majority of effusion.

结果：所有灌注兔肾术后都出现尿白蛋白增高，术后第1天与术前相比差异均有统计学意义(P.01)，且术后第一天在各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P.05)，从60 cmH2O到120 cmH2O各组尿蛋白恢复的时间分别为3、4、5、6天；形态学上表现：肉眼观灌注后肾脏颜色逐渐变深，包膜紧张，肾脏较前增大，在压力超过10 cmH2O时，19例中有16例出现明显的水外渗。

Results 20 cases of CT examination had made proper diagnoses,the CT imaging finding about the most of peripheral cholangiocarcinoma included:There was the atactic low density tumour in liver,its borderline was unclear,enhanced scan appearances were irregular peripheral enhancement,centripetal enhancement,and delaying enhancement;There was concretion and dilatation of bile buct in or around the focus;The local envelope of liver was lacunose and the local liver was atrophied,There was abroad putrescence and liquescence in the focus.

结果 20例CT做出了正确的诊断，部分周围型胆管细胞癌的CT表现肝内不规则低密度肿块边界欠清，增强扫描表现病灶边缘呈不规则环状强化，有向心性强化的趋势，出现延迟强化；病灶内或周围可见结石，病灶内及周围肝内胆管扩张；局部肝包膜回缩、肝叶萎缩，病灶内大片坏死、液化。

Recent studies show that the binding of HCV enveloped E2 protein to CD81 molecule leads to the lymphocyte functional disorders, which may play an important role in HCV chronic infection and have closed relation with B cell lymphadenoma and cryoglobulinemia. Associated with formation of HCV infection is hard to induce neutralizing antibody and thus leading to chronic infection.

最近的一些研究发现，HCV包膜E2蛋白与CD81分子结合所致免疫细胞的功能紊乱也可能是HCV慢性感染的重要原因，并且与B细胞淋巴瘤以及冷球蛋白血症具有重要相关性。
