Methods:The EAE in Lewis rats was induced by giving hypodermal injections in feet with spinal cords homogenate of guinea pigs; The histological changes were observed under light microscope, then changes of incidence rate、latency、clinical symptoms and histology of EAE which were effected by idazoxan with different doses were compared by method of quantization.

采用豚鼠全脊髓匀浆脚垫皮下注射，免疫Lewis大鼠复制EAE模型，采用量化评分法，比较不同剂量组咪唑克生对EAE发病率、潜伏期、临床症状和组织学的影响。

And more, ERK contents between group A and B, group C and D were not dramatically different. The pathological lesions indicated that intestinal tissue necrosis was severe in group C and D, which were graded 3 points, but obviously lessened in group A and B, which was graded 1 point, with ITF interfering. Conclusion: Intestinal inflammation was ameliorated after ITF was injected hypodermically or intraperitoneally.

结果：A、B组组织匀浆中ERK的面密度值各为87.68±19.24、82.65±21.35，较C、D组(30.23±7.79、30.74±8.19)明显升高(P＜0.01)，C、D组与E组(5.41±1.46)比较也有升高(P＜0.05)；并且随著ERK的激活伴随著明显的核转位。A、B组间及C、D组间ERK含量无显著差异(P＞0.05)；病理切片显示C、D组HE染色切片见肠壁损伤轻重不一，可见全肠粘膜绒毛坏死，病理评分的中位积分为3分；A、B组肠上皮细胞少量脱落，顶端绒毛坏死，病理评分的中位积分为1分。

目的 拟通过对α－萘异硫氰酸酯诱导大鼠肝损伤发病机理的探讨，对引起肝损伤的因素进行系统的研究。方法选择s-d大鼠，雄性，随机分4组，检测数据以平均值±标准差表示，采用方差分析，相关分析进行统计学处理。结果s-d大鼠经anit染毒后，病理切片显示肝损伤明显，汇管区有大量中性粒细胞浸润。经金石散及地塞米松治疗后，生化指标均有所下降，中药金石散优于地塞米松，血生化指标与pla2活性相关分析显示，呈正相关。结论 anit诱导的肝毒性损伤程度与肝组织匀浆pla2活力呈正相关，应用抑制剂降低pla2活力，肝损伤程度也减轻，中药金石散具有降低pla2活性，减轻肝毒性损伤。

The results indicated that,in vitro,the L-glutamate of different concentrations(2.9～11.7 mmol*L-1)was capable of remarkedly increasing and MT(1～10 mmol*L-1) added together with L-glutamate was capable of remarkedly reducing the level of MDA in homogenates of the rat′s whole brain; in vivo,the L-glutamate of different doses(50～200 μg*mice-1)were injectedi.c.v.
