Through detailed analyzing some influencing factiors of sand liquefaction, seven parameters were selected as assessment indexes. They are earthquake magnitude, peak ground surface acceleration, standard penetration value, specific penetration resistance, relative compaction, average particle diameter, and water table. The extension assessment model has been established that was applied to assessment of sand liquefaction potential. The model had been trained by the historical data and has been assessed in virtue of sand liquefaction from the historical data by simulating, and got a excellent result. After introduction of the support vector machine theory, this paper established the assessment model of sand liquefaction based on the support vector machine, and assessed in sand liquefaction from virtue data of some fields in home and overseas with the tool Libsvm, which was programmed based on the support vector machine theory. And got a good coherency between the assessement results and the actual liquefaction.

在详细分析影响砂土液化因素的基础上，选取了震级M、地面最大加速度g_、标准贯入击数N_(63.5)、比贯入阻力P_s、相对密实度D_r、平均粒径D_(50)、地下水位d_w等7个参数作为评价指标，建立了砂土液化势的可拓评价模型，并对历史数据进行仿真评价，取得了较好的应用效果；在对支持向量机的理论进行介绍后，本文建立了基于支持向量机的砂土液化势评价模型，并利用在基于支持向量机理论的Libsvm软件，对若干国内外场地的现场实测数据进行了评价，评价结果与现场表现基本上一致。

The metalloproteins which are widely distributed in vivo are very important target molecules of NO. A new Y/〓 reaction system which can form Y-NO bond has been established and has been used to measure the NO affinity of metalloporphyrins as metalloprotein models. Three kind of bond energies of the Co-NO bonds in series of cobalt nitrosyl tetraphenylporphyrins have been determined by thermodynamic cycles combined with calorimetric measurements and relevant electrochemical data.

When treat-ing the spectra, transition, scattering problems, we must use the semi-microscopicapproach. The main new conclusions in this thesis are following:We found the different shrinking effect in ∧ hypernuclei and 〓 hypernuclei, the shrink-ing effect in ∧ hypernuclei are confirmed in a recent experiment;We also found a new approach to treat the configuration mixing of ∧∧ hypernuclei and〓 hypernuclei and that the conversion process may change the spectra and widths of〓 hypernuclei;For the first time, we investigate the neutron star matter without the ∑ hyperon butwith the new meson 〓(975) and φ(1020), we found the contribution of 〓 and φ canmake the equation of state of neutron star soften, and the maximum mass of neutronstar reduces;we extract a set of optimum parameters of the optical potential for the scattering of 〓with nucleus, we found that the 〓 nucleus optical potential need a bigger imaginarypart.

本论文所取得的主要新成果是：独立揭示∧超核和〓超核的不同的收缩效应，其中∧超核的收缩效应被最新实验证实；提出了处理∧∧超核与〓超核混合态的新方法，并发现conversion过程使〓超核能谱和宽度改变；首次在中子星研究中在不包含∑超子的同时考虑新介子〓(975)和φ(1020)，并发现这可使中子星物质的状态方程变软、中子星半径变大、质量变小；独立提取了〓核光学势的一组最佳参数，并证明〓+核光学势要求一个较大的虚部。

Based on accurate step motor system parameters, the state equations describing step motor dynamic characteristics are set up. The operation of the self synchronization closed loop control system is simulated on computer. In the research the principle analysis and system design have been done about self synchronization closed loop operation. The relation between rotating EMF and the rotor position of the step motor is discussed. Through detecting the zero value of rotating EMF the rotor position of the step motor is indirectly obtained.

The aim is to find sensitive observables specifically for strengthand density dependence of SP.
