Eurhythmics, a favorite activity of students, is thus used as the main strategy to design teaching activities, with the aim to enhance the ability of improvisation.

研究方法采行动研究法，根据研究者在教学现场所面临的困境：学生普遍缺乏创作的动机，因此，以提升即兴创作能力为目标，运用学生最喜爱的肢体律动为教学策略，设计教学活动行动方案，并且采用实验教学，以行为观察纪录表与统计、即兴创作影音档案及音乐日记作为呈现实验结果的依据，是属於质、量并陈的研究，其研究之结果分述如下

Action research is adopted as the research method. Based on the difficulty faced while teaching music, this researcher feels that students in general lack the motivation to be creative. Eurhythmics, a favorite activity of students, is thus used as the main strategy to design teaching activities, with the aim to enhance the ability of improvisation. In addition, experimental teaching is adopted and the results presented by the researcher with a behavior observation record sheet and statistics, as well as audiovisual files of improvisation and musical diaries from the students. It is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, whose results are presented as follows: 1. Designing the principle of a eurhythmics lesson: It starts from "listening" and applies elements of eurhythmics (force→space→time→relationship→locomotor →group formations) in teaching rhythm. It not only accumulates musical ability and experience, but also becomes the source of improvisation.
