Lastly, in the new era after the return of Hong Kong, Taiwanese authors started to excavate, using their unique esthetic views and values, the pleb culture that can best represent the spirit of Hong Kong and in the meantime constructed the distinctive landscape of sense of taste and memory of Hong Kong beyond its skyscrapers.
