The testing method comprises the following steps:(1) collecting the electrocardio-signal, the phonocardio-signal and the pulse signal of radial artery;(2) performing analog-to-digital conversion to the three signals to form the signal oscillogram;(3) identifying and extracting the characteristic point of each signal;(4) constructing the time series RR of electrocardio-period, the electromechanical delay time series and the pulse wave propagation time series of the combined variability index;(5) testing the validity of each time series;(6) calculating the heart rate variability, the electromechanical delay variability and the pulse wave propagation time variability; and (7) calculating the combined variability index of angiocarpy AV.

本发明提供了一种心血管系统联合变异性指标的检测方法和装置，检测方法包括以下步骤：(1)采集受检测者的心电、心音、挠动脉脉搏信号；(2)对三路信号进行模拟-数字转换，形成信号波形图；(3)识别和提取三路信号各自的特征点；(4)构造联合变异性指标的心电间期时间序列RR，电机械延迟时间序列和脉搏波传播时间序列；(5)检验各时间序列的有效性；(6)计算心率变异性、电机械延迟变异性和脉搏波传播时间变异性；(7)计算心血管联合变异性指标AV。

We found late magnetic reaction waves in two hemisphere of these volunteers by hearing animal's names and plant's names and the left hemisphere waves were much differentiate than that of right hemisphere. The results showed that Sensory's area is located at middle temporal gyrus, superior temporal gyrus and supramarginal gyrus.Conclusions: Sensory's area of Chinese people coincidence with the classic language center, that is, Sensory's area of Chinese people is located at middle temporal gyrus,superior temporal gyrus and supramarginal gyrus.

结果：所有受试者听动脉名称、植物名称均在双侧大脑半球诱发出明显的晚发磁反应波，其中左侧大脑半球磁反应波分化较右侧大脑半球好，听觉性语言中枢定位于左侧颞中回、颞上回、缘上回，结论：母语为汉语的正常人听觉性语言中枢与经典的语言中枢基本相符，即听觉性语言中枢定位于左侧颞中回、颞上回、缘上回。

Among all persons who finished questionnaire 21.68% were resident physician,36.95% were attending physician, 25.65% were vice chief physician/chief physician;the most common cardiovascular disease in the investigated persons hospitals were angina (55.42%),stroke(38.17%),myocardial infarction(28.70%),heart failure(28.24%), hypertension(28.24%);as for early vascular disease detection methods,57.40% of investigated persons thought artery endothelial function examination,46.72% thought angiography,pulse wave velocity measurement and carotid intima-media thickness measurement were 40.61% and 31.76%;76.49% and 53.89% of the investigated persons thought angiotension converting enzyme inhibitor and statins could revert early vascular disease;96.79% of the investigated persons thought promotion early vascular disease detection strategy could help for reducing total burden of cardiovascular disease in our country;78.47% of the investigated persons thought early vascular disease detection methods should be easily used and non-invasive.

被调查者所在医院最常见心血管疾病顺序分别为心绞痛55.42%，脑卒中38.17%，心肌梗死28.70%，心力衰竭28.24%，高血压28.24%；关于血管病变早期检测57.40%的被调查者认为通过动脉内皮功能测定，认为通过血管造影者占46.72%，认为通过脉搏波速度和颈动脉内膜中层厚度测定者分别占40.61%和31.76%；分别有76.49%和53.89%的被调查人群认为血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和他汀类药物能够逆转早期血管病变；96.79%的被调查者认为推广血管病变早期检测技术有利于降低我国心脑血管疾病总体负担；78.47%的被调查者认为用于推广的早期血管病变检测技术应该是操作方便和无创伤。

Pulsed Doppler echocardiograph was used to test separately blood flow velocity wave of ascending aorta arcus, aorta and abdominal aorta in of 17 patients with aortic insufficiency with nonliner factor and results compared with those of 15 normal subjects of the same ages. The purpose was to disclose the regulation of blood flow waveform distortion in arterial system and the existance of shock wave.

应用超声多普勒对存在非线性因素的17名主动脉瓣关闭不全患者的升主动脉、主动脉弓以及腹主动脉进行分段逐点测试血流速度波，并和年龄相匹配的15名健康受试者为对照进行前瞻性探究，以探索人体动脉系统中血流波形畸变的规律及激波的存在。
