Carotid artery samples of control and Doxy treatment groups underwenthistological and morphometric analyses at 1,3,7,14,28 days after injury respectivly, and wemeasured the thickness and area of neointimal, lumen area and the proliferation of SMCsusing a computer-assisted morphometric analyses system.

于术后 24h、3d、7d、14d、28d 原位灌注固定颈动脉后取标本，采用 HE 染色、VVG 染色、免疫组化标记 a-actin 和增殖细胞核抗原以及透射电镜的方法观察损伤动脉内膜厚度、管腔重构及 SMC 增殖的情况。
