Presented with early artery enhancement and immediate wash out ,Two cases presented with wash in quickly and wash out slowly .The enhancement pattern of 36 liver metastatics cases was divided into the little blood provides group and the much blood provides group . The 5 cases of haemangioma were enhanced centripetally in portal phase and washed out after several minutes without arterial enhancement.

通过造影后的表现还可明确提示以下几个方面：（1）肿块内的坏死区；（2）在延迟相发现了肝内小转移灶，从而改变了临床治疗方案；（3）滋养动脉的显示；（4）门脉内栓子的鉴别诊断。36个转移性肝癌病灶分为少血供转移癌组和多血供转移癌组。6例肝血管瘤中5例均表现为向心性环行持续缓慢充填，另一例9mm的小血管瘤表现为完全、快速向心填充。

Objective To compare the effect and safety of intra-arterial thrombolysis in acute cerebral infarction with that of intravenous thrombolysis.

METHODS AND RESULTS: Adherent platelets express substantial amounts of SDF-1 and recruit CD34+ cells in vitro and in vivo. A monoclonal antibody to SDF-1 or to its counterreceptor, CXCR4, inhibits stem cell adhesion on adherent platelets under high arterial shear in vitro and after carotid ligation in mice, as determined by intravital fluorescence microscopy.

方法和结果：在体和离体的粘附血小板表达大量SDF-1、募集CD34+细胞，在体荧光镜下可见，在小鼠颈动脉结扎后、离体条件下的动脉内高剪切应力时，SDF-1或其相应受体的单克隆抗体－CXCR4抑制干细胞粘附于血小板上。

Purpose:To assess the primary success and patency of stenting for the treatment of radiation induced arterial disease.

目的：用于评价内支架放置术在放疗后所致动脉疾病的治疗，及靶血管内内支架的长期支撑开放作用。

Methods:77 cases with imparied glucose tolerance were chosen from outpatient and inpatient service as test group. And another 88 cases with normal glucose tolerance were synchronization chose as contrast group. The health examination, fasting glucose, lipid, 2-hour OGTT were taken for examination in all of the cases. Using 2D color Doppler ultrasonic angiograph test the intimae medial thickness and observing the development of athermanous plaque.

选择我院门诊及住院患者中发现的糖耐量低减者77例作为病例组，另选在我院进行健康体检的糖耐量正常者88例作为对照组，全部病例均进行常规体检并检测空腹血糖、血脂及口服葡萄糖耐量试验；利用二维彩色多普勒超声显像仪检测颈动脉内中膜厚度、并观察颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的发生情况。

Was simultaneously injected into cisterna magna at the second injection blood in the presence of subarachnoid blood. At 2 to 4 days, GFP was expressed in leptomeninges over the brain stem, cortex and cerebral arteries, smooth muscle cells of small vessels were occasionlly transduced. GFP was expressed in adventitia of spastic basilar artery on days 2 (day 5 after first injection blood) after injection 〓, but was undetectable by days 4, transgene was not expressed in medial or intimal layers. The prensence of subarachnoid blood can not prevent access of adenovirus to vessels and transgene expression.

注入腺病毒载体后2天（初次注血第5天）行荧光显微镜、免疫组织化学和RT-PCR检测，结果在颅内大血管如基底动脉的外膜可见外源基因的表达，而外源基因不能转移至血管中膜和内膜，4天时（初次注血第7天）基底动脉的外膜中外源基因表达消失；注入腺病毒载体后2～4天，外源基因可以有效转移至颅底软脑膜细胞，小血管外膜和平滑肌层也可见外源基因的表达，表明蛛网膜下腔内的血凝块不能阻止腺病毒载体介导外源基因转移至颅内血管。
