Methods:Of 70 cases with traumatic pelvic fracture associated with injuries of other organ, 16 were treated by lienectomy, 7 were treated by liver repair, 6 were treated by colon operation, 6 were treated by intestine inosculation, 4 were treated by bladder fistulatome, 10 were treated by ligation of internal iliac arteries, 1 was treated by half-pelvic excision, 4 were treated by angioembolization, 5 were treated by conduction.

目的：探讨外伤性骨盆骨折合并其他部位伤的诊治方法及最佳适应证方法：对71例外伤性骨盆骨折合并其他部位伤的病例进行不同方法的诊治：脾切除16例，肝修补7例，结肠手术6例，小肠修补吻合6例，膀胱造瘘4例，髂内动脉结扎10例，半骨盆离断术1例，髂血管探查取栓4例，胸腔闭式引流5例。

对71例外伤性骨盆骨折合并其他部位伤的病例进行不同方法的诊治：脾切除16例，肝修补7例，结肠手术6例，小肠修补吻合6例，膀胱造瘘4例，髂内动脉结扎10例，半骨盆离断术1例，髂血管探查取栓4例，胸腔闭式引流5例。结果：全组死亡11例，死亡率15.5%。1例死于肺栓塞，1例死于ards，1例死于mof，8例死于出血性休克。

经锁骨下静脉中心静脉置管：可能会误伤锁骨下动脉、无名动脉，严重时可能需要行正中胸骨切开术来修补。

There were, 20 cases treated with non-surgical therapy; 20 cases treated with simple splenorrhaphy, 48 cases with ligation of splenic artery, splenorrhaphy and/or partial splenectomy, 20 treated with splenectomy and autologous spleen transplantation, and 100 cases with simple splenectomy.

其中非手术治疗20例；采用保脾手术治疗88例，包括20例单纯脾修补，48例施以脾动脉结扎和／或脾部分切除和／或脾修补术，20例脾切除术后自体脾移植；100例脾门及附脾多处破裂者行脾切除术。

Other associated cardiac abnormalities included atrial septal defect in 39, patent ducts arteriosus in 17, insufficiency of mitral valve in 9 and moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension in 52. The operations were performed under cardiopulmonary bypass at moderate to low flow, moderate hypothermia and cold crystalloid cardioplegia.

其中合并房间隔缺损或者卵圆孔未闭39例，动脉导管未闭17例，二尖瓣关闭不全9例，中度以上肺动脉高压52例。148例患者均在中度低温、中低流量体外循环下行VSD修补术和合并畸形矫治，VSD补片修补85例，直接缝合63例；其中施行小切口心脏不停跳手术23例。
