Anatomical study proved:①.4~8 nutritional vessels of sural nerve –small saphenous vein were the intermuscular perforators of peroneal artery, the furthermost one located at(1.0±1.3)cm above the tip of external malleolus with diameter (0.6±0.2)mm;②.2~6 musculocutaneous perforators were given off by the artery of outer head of gastrocnemius muscle to supply nutrition to the sural nerve-small saphenous vein;③.intermuscular perforators from peroneal artery supplied blood to fibula and outer head of soleus muscle.the perforators with an average outer diameter of （1.3-1.6）cm gave off cutaneous branch ,fascial branch and nutritional vessels to the sural nerve-small saphenous vein,which formed the vessel chain of the sural nerve-small saphenous vein ,sub-fascial and suprafascial vessel net.

结果：1、解剖实验证实：①、腓肠神经-小隐静脉营养血管来自腓动脉肌间隔穿支4～8支，最远的跟外侧动脉穿支距外踝尖上(1.0±1.3)cm，外径(0.6±0.2)mm。②、腓肠肌外侧头动脉沿途发2-6支的肌皮穿支营养腓肠神经-小隐静脉。③、腓动脉肌间隔穿支营养腓骨、比目鱼肌外侧半。上述穿皮支平均外径在0.3～1.6mm，发出皮支、筋膜支、腓肠神经-小隐静脉营养血管，形成腓肠神经-小隐静脉血管链以及深、浅筋膜血管网。

Results: Lateral extradural approach could be used to expose the second and third branches of trigeminal nerve,trigeminal ganglion,posterior vertical segment of the intrapetrosal ICA,abducent nerve and horizontal segment of the intrapetrosal ICA;lateral intradural approach could be used to expose the lateral,anteroinferior and posterosuperior venous spaces,almost all the cranial nerves within the cavernous sinus and horizontal segments of the intracavernous ICA;superior approach could be used to expose the medial,lateral and posterosuperior venous spaces,medial side of the anterior genu,anterior vertical and clinoidal segments of the intracavernous ICA and the lateral side of the hypophysis.

结果：外侧硬膜外入路可用于显露三叉神经第2、3支，三叉神经节，海绵窦内颈内动脉后垂直段，外展神经及岩骨颈内动脉水平段；侧方硬膜下入路可用于显露海绵窦外侧及前下，后上静脉间隙，以及所有走行在海绵窦内的颅神经和海绵窦内颈内动脉水平段；上方入路可用于显露海绵窦内侧、外侧及后上间隙，海绵窦内ICA水平段、前膝、前垂直段及床突段的内侧面，以及垂体的外侧面。

Methods 104 patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups.in basis of routine therapy, patients in treatment group (n=56) were treated by yangxue qingnao granules,4 g,three times a day; patients in control group (n＝48) were treated by troxerutin, 3 pills a day.the course was 30 days in two groups.the indexes of hemorrheology and mca,aca,pca, va, ba and pi were observed before and after treatment.results there were significant differences between two groups in blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, mca,aca,pca,mca and pi after treatment (p.05).conclusion yangxue qingnao granules have definite effect on chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency, and decrease and hemorrheology in patients with ccci, relieve angiospasm and improve clinical symptoms.

将慢性脑供血不足患者104例随机分为2组。在常规治疗基础上治疗组56例加服养血清脑颗粒，每次4 g，每日3次口服。对照组48例在常规治疗基础上加服曲克芦丁，每次2片，每日3次口服。2组均30日为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，治疗前后血液流变学指标及大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、左右椎动脉和基底动脉的搏动指数及阻力指数的变化。结果 2组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度，mca、aca、pca的pi及mca的ri及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效确切，能降低ccci患者的血液黏稠度及血液流变学指标，增加脑供血，缓解血管痉挛，改善临床症状，改善脑供血不足。

Stenosis of internal caroid antery was found in 32 of 48 branches in 24 case. 5 branches were occlusive and 11 branches were normal. 22 cases with large or moderate cerebral infarction volume （＞5 cm3） confirmed by CT and MRI were smaller than those on MSCTPI as having abnormal perfusion lesions,which were moderate and obvious stenosis and occlusion on MSCTA. In 2 cases with small cerebral infarction volume（＜5 cm3）, MSCTPI and MSCTA revealed normal.

其中32支颈内动脉呈不同程度的狭窄，5支颈内动脉闭塞，11支血管无狭窄。22例在常规CT及MRI图像上为中及大体积梗死（＞5 cm3）的患者，MSCTPI发现与梗死灶相对应的异常灌注区，且均比常规CT及MRI图像上病灶体积大， MSCTA显示颈内动脉呈中重度狭窄或闭塞。2例未发现明显灌注异常的患者，为小体积梗死灶（＜5 cm3），MSCTA显示颈内动脉正常。

Methods Twelve patients with clinically proved insulinoma underwent ASVS test Gastroduodenal artery, superior mensenteric artery, proximal and distal splenic arteries were selectively catheterized for stimulation by rapid injection of calcium glueonate. Blood was sampled through hepatic vein before and 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 s after stimulation for gauging the insulin levels. The tumor site was considered to be at the corresponding area supplied with certain artery stimulated showing the peak ratio of insulin to the baseline.
