Abstract］Atherosclerosis is a dangerous disease to human being. Clinical data show that atherosclerosis is inclined to dwell on the opening position,bifurcate and curve parts of the artery,which indicates that hematodynamics plays an important role in the process of atherosclerosis.

摘要］ 动脉粥样硬化（atherosclerosis，AS）是严重威胁人类身体健康的疾病，临床资料表明，动脉粥样硬化好发于动脉开口、分叉和弯曲的部位，说明血流动力学在动脉粥样硬化的形成过程中起了重要作用。

Methods Thirty-one patients with DVT were treated. An intubation was done through unaffected-limb femoral artery to affected-side iliofemoral, and r-SK injected by way of the lower-limb artery. The catheter was retained, and thrombolysis given everyday.

对31例下肢深静脉血栓形成病人，从健侧股动脉穿刺插管至患侧髂股动脉内。r-SK经下肢动脉注入，并动脉内保留导管，每日溶栓。

The skin flaps pedicled with the infraorbital artery used in six clinical cases have survived well in the nasal tissue defects.

结果：①眶下动脉与内眦动脉、面动脉及其分支在鼻唇沟有丰富的吻合；②临床上应用6例以眶下动脉为蒂形成的皮瓣用于鼻部缺损修复均获成功。

Methods Rabbits were randomized to three groups. Complex model group were fed with feed containing 0.5% cholesterol for 3 weeks. At the fourth, eighth and twelfth weeks, rabbits were given injection of lipopolysaccharide (1 μg) at auricular artery, cervical part and fold inguen, respectively. Normal group were fed with normal diet, while High cholesterol group were fed with feed confaining 0.5% cholesterol only. After 16 weeks, vascular tissues were analyzed using morphometric and histological methods, and the sera were checked for cholesterol, LDL-C, C-reaction protein and tumor necrosis factor-α. Results The cholesterol and LDL-C of High cholesterol group were increased, compared to those of normal group.

给含0.5%胆固醇的饲料，3周后，分别在第4、8、12周采用耳动脉内、颈部、腹股沟处肌肉注射大肠埃希菌脂多糖，并设立正常组和单纯高脂组。16周后观察兔的一般状态，取血清检查血脂六项、C-反应蛋白和TNF-α，取耳动脉、颈动脉、主动脉弓、胸主动脉、腹主动脉、髂动脉、肝脏，放置4%多聚甲醛中过夜，常规行HE染色，检查血管病变和相关脏器病变情况。

In the original studies,[4,5] all the acute stroke patients with angiographically proven internal carotid artery or M1 occlusion had ALN, presumably because the lentiform nucleus is fed by lenticulostriate arteries from M1 without collateral flow from cortical anastomoses.

先前的研究报道：所有经脑血管造影证实存在颈内动脉闭塞或大脑中动脉M1段闭塞的急性卒中患者，都会出现豆状核低信号征；可能系豆状核是由大脑中动脉M1段发出的豆纹动脉供血，缺乏来源于皮层吻合支的侧枝循环供血所致。

Results All 34 cases included 29 carotid atherosclerosis,10 mlid luminal stenosis, 12 moderate luminal stenosis, 5 severe luminal stenosis,2 segmental occlusion;15 calcified plaque,10 noncalcified plaque,9 mixed plaque ;The total CT value ranged from 20-1140Hu,and the CT value of calcified plaque ranged from 220-1140Hu,the CT value of noncalcified plaque ranged from 20-73Hu; hese 7 positive findings included 1 left common carotid artery abnomal origin,2 carotid artery aneurysm and 4 vertebral artery stenosis.

结果 34例患者中，颈动脉粥样硬化者29例，管腔轻度狭窄者10例，中度狭窄者12例，重度狭窄者5例，节段闭塞者2例；钙化斑块15例，非钙化斑块10例，混合斑块9例； CT值范围20-1140Hu，其中钙化斑块CT值220-1140Hu，非钙化斑块CT值20-73Hu；左侧颈总动脉起源异常者1例；颈动脉体瘤2例；椎动脉狭窄者4例。

Chronic hypoxia and MCT-induced pulmonary hypertension are associated with excess collagen deposition in pulmonary arteries; meanwhile, the muscularization of nonmuscular intra-aeinar arteries also plays an important role in maintenance of pulmonary hypertension.

1。在慢性缺氧和MCT诱发的肺动脉高压进展过程中，肺动脉壁胶原沉积过度，泡内动脉结构发生改变，动脉中层厚化，非肌性动脉肌性化。2.764-3能部分抑制胶原的过度沉积，降低缺氧性及野百合碱性肺动脉高压，从而逆转泡内动脉的结构改变。

There were 15 cases of middle cerebral arteries, 5 cases of vertebral arteries, 3 cases of basilar arteries and 2 cases of internal carotid arteries. Among all the branches with stenosis, symptomatic severe stenosis presented in 21 vessels (14 MCA, 3 VA, 2 BA and 2 ICA), nonsymptomatic severe stenosis in 1 vessel and symptomatic middle stenosis in 3 vessels (1 MCA and 2 VA).

其中大脑中动脉15支，椎动脉5支，基底动脉3支和颈内动脉2支。21支血管（MCA 14支，BA 2支，VA 3支和ICA 2支）为症状性重度狭窄、1支为无症状性重度狭窄；3支血管（MCA 1支和VA 2支）为症状性中度狭窄。

The coiling testicular artery was thin and showed regular coiling. The testicular artery was surrounded by Pampiniform vein plexus and did not cut through Pampiniform vein plexus in control group.

对照组睾丸动脉较纤细，进入腹股沟管之前为蛇行，然后出现迂曲并渐呈螺旋状，在腹股沟管内，睾丸动脉外围蔓状静脉丛，一般不穿出静脉丛之外；DM组同对照组，整体观未见明显病变，但走行不规则，未见明显的螺旋状；睾丸动脉外围蔓状静脉丛，动脉走行不规则，可穿出静脉丛之外。

In Perclose group and Angio-Seal group, ultrasound scanning to measure the intenal diameter of the femoral artery at the site or within 3cm of the puncture site was performed before and 3 days after the procedure.
