Methods Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats underwent craniotomy and microsurgery through right subtemporal approach and then cavernous sinus part and post cavernous sinus part of oculomotor nerve were exposed clearly. Results On emerging from the brain, the oculomotor nerve was invested with a sheath of pia mater, and enclosed in a prolongation from arachnoid.

选用健康雄性SD大鼠30只，经右侧颞底入路，显微手术解剖、暴露动眼神经海绵窦段或海绵窦后段，行动眼神经切断并通过动眼神经功能测定，研究手术入路和应用解剖以及降低动物死亡率和减少并发症的方法。

Cases （23eyes） suffered oculomotor paralysis,of which 5 cases had blepharoptosis and platycoria;12 cases suffered abducens paralysis;3 cases had trochlear paralysis and another 3 cases compound nerve paralysis.

动眼神经麻痹中5例为伴随上睑下垂和瞳孔变化的完全性动眼神经麻痹。

The results showed that NOS positive neurons were present in the hippocamp us CA1～CA3） in which NOS strong positive neurons were in CA2; NOS medium positive nucleus in the nuclei nervorum non-cranialium (red nucleus、 su bstantia nigra; NOS positive neurons in the nuclei nervorum cranialium (oculomo tor、 accessory oculomotor nucleus, facial nucleus, abducens nucleus); NOS posit ive nucleus in the pons reticular formation; NOS positive nucleus in the raphe n ucleus and in the plexus chorioideus ventriculi quartic and plexus chorioideus v entriculi tertii.

结果显示：海马(CA1～CA3区)NOS为阳性、其中CA2 为强阳性++）；非脑神经核(红核、黑质为中等阳性；而脑神经核(动眼神经核、动眼神经副核、面神经核、展神经核)NOS为阳性；脑桥网状结构为阳性；缝核群为阳性；第三脑室和第四脑室脉络丛为阳性。

Along the membrane, the cavernous sinus can be reached. After drilling the posterior clinoid process, exposing the dorsum sellae and the upper clivus, the superior segment of the basilar artery can be exposed.

结果 磨除前床突后形成的间隙为床突间隙；前床突下颈内动脉与动眼神经间的膜为颈内动脉动眼神经膜，沿此膜可进入海绵窦；磨除后床突后，暴露鞍背、上斜坡，即可显露基底动脉上段。

Results With orbitozygomatic approach, drilling the anterior clinoid process got a space called the clinoid space. The membrane between the internal carotid artery beneath the anterior clinoid process and the oculomotor nerve is called carotidoculomotor membrane. Along the membrane, the cavernous sinus can be reached. After drilling the posterior clinoid process, exposing the dorsum sellae and the upper clivus, the superior segment of the basilar artery can be exposed.

结果 磨除前床突后形成的间隙为床突间隙；前床突下颈内动脉与动眼神经间的膜为颈内动脉动眼神经膜，沿此膜可进入海绵窦；磨除后床突后，暴露鞍背、上斜坡，即可显露基底动脉上段。

In this research, we studied the basis of neuroanatomy and neurohistology on which normal function of oculomotor nerve could be kept, we also observed the changes of oculomotor neurofibers and nuclears after injury.

因此，我们围绕动眼神经损伤后的再生问题进行了研究，内容包括维持动眼神经正常功能的解剖学和组织学基础，损伤后动眼神经核团和神经纤维的变化，以及不同损伤程度和不同重建途径对功能修复的影响。

It can be beneficial for study of regeneration of oculomotor nerves to establish animal model through above methods.

应用该方法建立的鼠动眼神经损伤及再生的动物模型，可方便、安全地暴露鼠颅内段动眼神经，以备各种实验干预，动物死亡率低，并发症少，并可应用于三叉神经、外展神经和视神经等颅神经再生的实验研究。
