To meet the need for courseware of CAI in teachinghydraulic systems, in this paper, we talk about the method ofmaking FLASH movies to illustrate the principles of hydraulics.

利用Flash软件的特色，针对液压传动CAI教学课件的需求，制作了准确、生动的Flash动画，直观地展示了液压元件和系统的原理和工作特性。

The basic principle, advantages and disadvantages of the II were summarized. Computer-generated II based on 3DS MAX was proposed. The captures of three-dimensional information for II using 3DS MAX simulation and the display of three-dimensional information using an experiment assembly composed of a display screen and Fresel lens arrays were realized, respectively. The combination of the simulation and experiment resolved the flipping and crosstalk in conventional II.

介绍了集成成像技术的基本原理及其优缺点，提出了一种基于三维设计和动画制作软件3DS MAX的II技术，利用3DS MAX来实现II的三维信息的记录，利用显示器和菲涅尔微透镜阵列组成的实验装置实现II的三维信息的重现，解决了常规II技术存在的空间反转和串扰问题，从而研制出基于II技术的原理性裸眼三维显示器。

The data acquisition system of this system adopts configuration software MCGS (Monitor and Control Generated System), the establishment of the database , the display of real-time data and historical data , design of the interface, connection of the cartoon and the realization of different curves such as course curve of noise and temperature , course curve of pressure fluctuation and course curve of work efficiency , etc. are finished in development and design of the data acquisition system. Having made comparatively deep research on the vibration theory and combining this theory with the practical pumping station pectrum analysis to data of this pumping station is carried through and the preliminary diagnosis result is received.

本系统的数据采集系统采用组态软件MCGS，在数据采集系统的开发与设计中，完成数据库的建立，实时数据与历史数据的显示、界面的设计，动画的连接，各种曲线的实现，如噪音与温度过程曲线、压力脉动过程曲线和工作效率过程曲线等；对振动理论做了较为深入的研究，并将理论与实际泵站结合，对该泵站的数据进行频谱分析，并得到初步的诊断结果。
